My cousin is a minor and don’t have any adult with her at the moment. She just came back from province, so she catch some lice from one of the kids there. When she was supposed to get her hair washed the staff which is a male check her hair and might saw some lice, instead of doing what’s he’s supposed to do he called other staff and she said maybe 4 or 5 staff is laughing in front of her when they saw her hair. Mind you you’re supposed to stay professional and tell her your concerns rather than laughing in front of her hence destroying her self esteem.I don’t recommend coming here and for the price they offer is not worth it. Please choose your staff properly and teach them some manners. Right after that incident she left which I’m glad. You could’ve at least waited for her to leave the salon but you laughed in front of her, she can see you in the mirror fyi. P.s this is not my real email but everything I said is true. Both me and my mom went here too, but what we experienced is the same as one of the reviews here but we let is slide because we understand that all of you are busy but what you did to my cousin is not okay. Also, I instructed the person clearly how I wanted my hair to be but the end result was soooo unsatisfying and really not worth the money I spent. I told her what I wanted but it wasn't followed and the cut looked like an amateur did my hair. Probably she rushed mine because there were other customers who came in later. But still!! She should've also prioritized my haircut instead of going back and forth between customers. I thought these people were professional. I'm never going back there again. Bruno's does a much better job at a more reasonable price tbh, they did my hair last year and it was sublime (not advertising but just saying the truth).
