I was convinced to go here since all of their sample photos on their FB page seemed so nicely done so I went there for a hair blowout. Yung receptionist super sungit din and all of the hairstylists and the receptionist had an altercation while there were atleast 10 customers inside when they couldn't figure out who would cater the customer who had a booked appointment. Although the hairstylist appointed to me was nice, she was careless with her work. Ni hindi man lang inayos pagkakawrap ng buhok for the blowout and when I asked for a haircut, minadali, hindi tuloy pantay sa huli. Imagine the salon is just too small but the manager keeps on accepting clients which has reached for more or less 30 clients ( Nov. 13, 2022 )Arrived at 10 AM. I was asked by the manager if I have somewhere else to go - I answered “Yes pero by 4pm pa. Kaya po ba?” The manager said “Yes kaya po” i have waited 2hrs before they started working on my hair and appplied highlights on it, and waited another 2 hours para mag banlaw. Kase isa lang taga banlaw and to think ang liit ng salon. Isa lng din taga blower. Sira pa yong hose ng taga banlaw so nag imbak imbak pa ng water. We were all like squatter. I and some other clients who were silently complaining and even said ‘that’s the last time we will have our hair fixed on that salon’I’ve been with a lot of salon before but never eperience this kind of service. I have wasted 11hours in your salon. (From 10am to 9:50pm)Nauna pa mga nahuli saken. And even yong nauna saken who arrived 9am is natapos ng 10pm. Grabe!If they can’t afford that huge number of clients then better yet inform the clients. The experience we had was horrible!I hope this will be addressed. Thank you Ma. I've been a customer of this salon in their Pag asa branch which has closed ( I dont know it has closed until I went there today). I've been exchanging messenges on their messenger because I need the exact address and price chart. They gave it to me and I was also informed they accept customer until 6pm. I replied I am on my way. I took grab to go to their open location in Imus. When I arrived, they are fully booked and can no longer accommodate me. It was upsetting how poorly they are communicating with me. They could have told me they are fully booked before hand. I spend taking grab twice without gettting their service which is even much expensive on their hair rebond service.
