I'm not sure if it was a lack of skill or if they were simply in a hurry. They didn't even bother to style my hair afterwards to make it look half decent. If you want to have a good haircut by a skillful stylist, don't go here. As for me, I've learned my lesson. The staff were nice the salon looks cozy. I got a haircut with Mrs Moon, she's a nice and friendly lady. I requested for a bit of a trim with long layers since I have a pretty long and thick hair BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY HAIR HAS BEEN BUTCHERED. I haven't been THIS disappointed with a hair cut in years that left me to tears. IT LOOKED HORRIBLE (esp when not styled) - didnt fit my hair type or face frame at all and she cut too much of my hair (more than she said she did). Maybe they're good with short hairstyles but not long ones? Im not sure what happened here. Its too late to do anything at this point because the damage has been done. After the cut I wanted to just walk away and cry but I still stayed and tried the dandruff treatment recommended by Mrs Moon WHICH FELT REALLY GOOD ON THE SCALP AND REFRESHING. The assistants were nice, comforting and friendly - they kept me calm before I can explode with the hair result. What a bunch of terrible liars! Does anyone seriously think this is a relaxing environment? Hell no!-Overpriced services and inconsistent quality: Some techs spent little time performing our treatment and were clearly not experienced. I went to another place after this and the techs spend much longer to perform the service for a much lower cost with the EXACT same machines KLP uses.There's other wellness places that value your dignity and perform a quality and solid job. This is definitely not the case with KLP.
