Food was fine, which made us reserve the place.Upon reservation, the crew was very unapproachable, and had to argue our way to get extra table for a food (almost 20 dishes and soft drinks total, for 12 people, which obviously would not fit on the same tables that would be used for eating). Somehow we managed to make a reservation...When it came to the date, the drinks that we pre-ordered (easily over a week earlier) were not available, and we were forced to purchase something else on the spot.During the lunch crew was, yet again, unapproachable, and our guests unhappy with the service.Food itself was good, but service leaves a bad taste. J A03:17 09/09/22First impressions, very nice sprawling resort and nice large resto area with different choices of area to sit. Then the reality, I arrived ar 12.30 planning to have lunch and a drink in view of bringing a larger group to the venue in the future. I went to the bar next to the kitchen and politely asked it I could sit down by the ocean area. No problem and I was handed a menu. Thirty five minutes later no one had come to ask for my order nor the table of two who were sitting there before I arrived. The next table went up to the bar and came back with drinks. I waited a further 15 minutes and also went to the bar to place my order, noting the server was there and no one else in the resto whatsoever. I waited thirty minutes and there was no sign of my drink so I went back to the bar and gave the server a piece of my mind and asking the people behind the bar to cancel my order if the food had not be cooked. Magically one item of my food was at my table when I returned and then twenty minutes later the server brought me Hungarian sausage and coke which I had cancelled previously. Another friend showed up so we simply went to the bar to place and collect our own order's thereafter.. At around 4 pm new staff arrived and it was a completely different experience, polite, friendly and super attentive.
