2 of our dogs experienced nail bleeding. The dogs' nails may have been cut by mistake. It's not just 1 dog, they're both bleeding so it's not just because the dog in the cage is naughty. The bleeding also stopped when I gave them poodle feet. It's also stressful because we have to go back again. Please be careful because for owners to see blood/wounds from their pets is alarming so please be careful next time.

This place is great for pets and pet owners. They have a wide variety of pet products and services. What I like the most about them is their grooming service. My dog is a bit aggressive when being groomed, but they were able to manage to pull off a great summer hair cut. The staff are very nice. You can leave your dog while you do your errands, and then they will call you when it's done.

Everyone at the clinic was accommodating, but the whole experience for us was very uncomfortable. We were sold products we didn't really need, we weren't given proper education as to why they were needed nor did they wait for a solid yes from us, they insisted on putting the products in plastic as if sold na. I kept insisting na iexplain muna samin what it's for pero inantay muna na bayaran ko. We bought them anyway, pero heavy buyer's remorse talaga, and we just feel the sale was not from good faith. This might not bother others but for us we value honest intentions very much. We'll just move to a new clinic that matches our needs better.

We needed to board my dog while we did some activities for the day and Tail Tales took care of her. 🥰 We availed the full groom package for my husky and they let her stay for a few hours after. Their staff Coleen was also nice and the owner as well. They followed my requests and warned them my dog might get too makulit but was I surprised she was well-behaved during her stay. Their store and grooming area is also clean. Highly recommended! Thank you!
