Staff were very nice though they lack parts for custom builds and most of my build list specs were change to lower end parts. That is the only problem though, but they do have a welcoming staff, just not the place if you need to spec parts or PC builds.

I have bought many hard drived and other things over the years. They have very competive prices. Often the lowest of everywhere I checked. They did a warrenty for me without hasstle when.one hatd drive was defective and recently took back an expensive item I bought and changed my mind the same day. Good shop. Good service. Good prices. Nothing to complain about. Airconditioned, neat, bright, and friendly.

When my Brother Visited here, he says the staff is kind of rude and lazy. When he ask for something (I forgot what he was looking for, but im sure it was a computer part) the staff said that it is out of stock, but when my brother look around the shop he saw it on the display hanging, so he pointed out and the staff get without giving reason why he did what he did. My brother got what he was looking for in the end but it still kind of inconvenience for him since he need to go to other shop if ever he didn't look around. So im giving a four star cause I didn't encounter like this when I visited this shop last Month. Maybe they don't treat all the customer the same or something. I don't know but I wrote what my brother experience here so you could decide for your self.

An institution in this city. I've been buying computers here since the mid 90s, they've always been reasonably priced, sometimes giving out huge discounts.Items not available can easily be ordered from Manila and usually takes 5-10 days if you're not in a hurry.Customer service is helpful, well mannered, and pleasant.

I always thought of buying new mousepad, mouse & keyboard. But I'm too tired to go out, and if I will buy through online it would take days for me to receive the items. Until my best friend introduce me to try check in FB's marketplace which I can receive the items on the same day.I message all the suppliers that are selling the items that I need and only Mr. Alan replied to my messages, at first I only asked for mouse, then I realized why not inquire all the things I need. So i asked for mouse, keyboards and mousepad, and he offered to me wireless set of keyboards and mouse and i added mousepad in an affordable price 🙂 Also i received all the items in less than an hour. :)Thank you Mr. Alan for your prompt responses. I will definitely refer you to my friends.
