Pat M.09:11 05/19/22DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING!We took our dogs here to have them groomed. They're two golden retrievers. We were quoted 1,200 and 1,400 (plus 450 each for tick treatment) for their full groom. I requested for them to keep the length on my dog and just do touch ups and cleanup in the parts that matter (private parts, paws, belly, etc.) After having left for several hours, we were told that they are ready to be picked up. Upon receiving my dogs, I did a pat down to check on the grooming job that was done. To my disappointment, I still found several mats on my dog (mats that could easily be removed by a simple brush down). His feet were also poorly trimmed. No blending whatsoever. There were still several long strands sticking out. Their groomers also do not treat the dogs properly. They manhandled the dogs to get the job done. They also refused to let me watch my dog be groomed and just asked me to peep through a window with barely any visibility of the grooming area. As I was observing, I saw a poor shih tzu being groomed. The groomer was pulling on her ears and generally being rough. This explains why my dog didn't want to be handled by them by the end of it. I brought this concern up with the owner but was given dismissive remarks.If you care about your dogs/pets, please do not bring them here! Find a better groomer that will handle your babies properly!
