It was around 330pm already, so we said we would wait. Then they said that it would take some time due to the long waiting line. Then, we still agreed to wait. Then they didn't want to groom Xavier (out cat) because we didn't have his vaccine card. So I ride an ankas back to our place in Pasig just to get his vaccine.When I got back, my partner was furious bec. They said that they can't accept to groom Xavier due to his below 12-month-old. You guys literally made so many excuses just for you to lessen your jobs. You don't deserve to work there. Hindi kayo pet lovers. Our baby needs grooming. Ang init kaya dito sa pilipinas. I hope for you all to be reasonable. Kung ayaw nyo di sabihin nyo cut off na po kami. Book nalang po natin. Ganun! Kainis sayang lang ung oras, ung gas, pati pamasahi sa angkas. Walang napala. The lady guard then said "Bakit kasi kayo pupunta pag pasara na". We were so appalled because of her hostility towards us and the entire thing happened in front of the Pet Express staff.
