Dark, low ceiling and beds separated by sheets. Initially my dad and I were put in the same room, so we asked for separate rooms.Undressed completely. They started off with the body scrub, then the hair spa (some cream spread over the top half of my scalp and hair. Laid for about 5 minutes then was told to shower (I didn’t know how to work the shower at first)!After the rinse, return to the same room for the massage! It was different for me, but I like it. It was just a little difficult to breathe because your face is on a flat neck pillow that faces the massage table (no opening).There are signs to remind you to keep quiet, because if not, you can hear everything!After the massage, you go back downstairs for hot water or ginger tea, a little survey, warm towel and provide a tip.We both enjoyed it!
