Although upon entering, you are greeted by a warm and wonderfully scented atmosphere.While waiting and picking your desired treatment, you are given a warm neck pillow. The therapists are kind and welcoming, and will adjust to your preferences. Hot towels, Ginger tea, snacks, are provided while you get a foot bath. Bathrooms are clean and complete with amenities.Overall, this is would be my go to spa in the BGC area after a long day in college, or work. I booked a reservation days before and was already confirmed, I even informed them that the day of reservation (Mother's day) will be very busy and to inform me if they need to adjust my booking. Instead, they insisted that they have no booking on this day and to reassure thaylt they have more people to accomodate me. They open at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only near our place but we arrived 10mins late because of elevator traffic. I was not informed that they already cancelled my reservation and given my timeslot to another without notice.Overall, I would not recommend this spa to others, as the cancellation without notice was extremely unprofessional and caused me a lot of inconvenience.
