I went to have Ventosa with whole body massage but during the actual session the therapist only smothered me in oil and pressed me here and there. The Ventosa part was done good but as the session went on, pressure became inconsistent and at the last 15 minutes the therapist only sat on the top of my head then massaged my head until the end. Then she had the audacity to give me a tip envelope for her. I felt insulted paying for the whole price for the horrible massage that they gave me. I give 2 stars for consideration for the good facility but their service sucked. A manicure and pedicure part of the spa is physically entirely separate from the massage room - which I like.Massage rooms are separate from each other by a wall. They are not too dim. A curtain lead inside each rooms. I think they offer paired beds. The temperate is just right. I could not recall a time when I was bothered by voices from other rooms. No problems with the beds.They provide 2 hangers. No lockers.The downside is their CR/shower room does not have a removable shower head (bidet?) and it is not that spacious or luxurious compared to others.Price is ok.The front staff is courteous and friendly. Therapists are professionals, friendly, and well kempt as well.During the first 2 of my visits, I could only give the massage a 3/5. Sometimes the stick thing hurts needlessly.My succeeding visits were 4+/5.I love the hot packs, the socks, the foot pillows! Massages are well executed and relaxing.I wish they waited for you outside the showeroom and outside the massage room to minimize the waiting game (though the wait is not that long). They provide towels and bathrobes which is good.Overall, a good value for your money and is really worth visiting. I was actually thinking of having the Deep Tissue Massage but had the best decision of switching to their signature massage.It was heaven. The massage therapist assigned to us Nicole and Laila was heaven sent with their knowledge on Stress Points helped ease my back pains.It was truly memorable for me since it made me feel so light after the session. The first location just had partition and it was super noisy. I was looking for something more private like in the state. It turns out they also just have partition only, no private room. However they have more private and much more quieter. The masseuse has good technic for Thai and Swedish massage. BUT, they have no concept of time. They were very dishonest about time, my wife probably gets 90 minutes for her two hours session and I probably get 100 for mine. I was very disappointed, I told the receptionist about but didn’t get much other than a sorry. I’m not sure I would return here the next time. Still searching for a good massage place here in Iloilo. They have their own parking space next to the building which is very convenient as it is hard to find parking in this area. They wash your feet with warm water first before starting and would give you slippers and shorts to wear during the massage. The massage is excellent! I would definitely come back again.
