After losing one half of both pairs of Huggies hoops (from set) within six months of purchase because the post doesn’t tightly secure in place, I emailed customer service asking if they’d sell me the mate to each pair. After two back and forth emails, I was essentially told they don’t compensate for lost items (I wasn’t asking for compensation -just to purchase the match to each pair) and basically it was my fault as they never heard of this issue with this product (untrue). No apology, no offer for even a slight discount on a future purchase. Big integrity issue and the last time I shop at Gorjana.
