I ordered 4am this morning, and received a response the flowers I requested could be delivered in the afternoon. After ignoring me for 7 hours with no reply/confirmation, they finally replied "Sorry Sir, very busy today and sold out now." Had i known sooner that they would not be filling my order, I could have ordered from another florist. Extremely disappointed with this florist..very, VERY poor customer service 😡😡😡

I made my purchase through paypal in California. I felt less than certain of this being successful. Communicated on FB. I always received prompt professional quick replies. I was sent a nicely pictured group of options and prices. On Feb 13 my fiance was hospitalized with covid. I sent a message on the morning of Valentines, thinking it was too late to change. But received a prompt reply, informing me delivery was attempted at hospital, but she was in quarantine. Told me flowers would be waiting for pick up. I give this company 6 stars if I could. You can pay them, and relax, knowing they will seal the deal.
