Her phone number was already included in the order. I answered the e-mail with the phone number again never got any response. I couldn't get through on the phone that night (long distance). Finally got in touch with them on the phone and they offered no way to make up for their error besides delivery it a day late. Dried flowers are mostly imported from China which I do not buy at all because I prefer locally manufactured dried leaves, weeds and flowers of the Philippine variety.
