Aa of the date of this review, this branch was probably the only coffeeshop in SM Pampanga that has wifi for cardholders. It has it's own toilet and one work bench for mobile work.However, it tends to get crowded in the afternoon because of the large influx of students and families. Still, this branch serves as my favorite coffeeshop in SM Pampanga.

Excellent customer service. I can't fault the employees. They are courteous, prompt and willing to do any request that I have. Plenty of hot and cold beverages to choose from and different types of bread and sweets to indulge yourself. Highly recommended.

The shop is nice, they have a plenty space, chairs and tables. Well-ventilated area. They also have an amazing Rest room so, take time to visit them.

One of the worst drink I had. I ordered Java Chip and it is so sweet. It's like I'm eating a spoonful of sugar in every sip. I literally had a sore throat. I let them know what happened and they said that is how they normally make it and somewhat it is my fault that I didn't request for lesser sweetness. Heck if that is how they normally make it I bet all of their patrons have diabetus by now.

This is one of the longest running locations for the franchise. It's been a while since I've visited the store. It's gotten some upgrades over the years. It still has that homey feel. Would love to come back more often.

Good ambiance. Space is limited. Fast and good service. My personal Favorite drinks are 2Ladies but Shrinkers are Egg pudding and tapioca pearls (you can request this on the cashier) and Strawberry Black tea(balance taste of sweetness and tea).
