KT X15:47 10/31/19We frequently go to this place because this is the only place that has a small space for kids where us parents could talk over coffee or frozen yogurt.Their food and drinks are okay, but experience and service-wise... This is probably the worst cafe in all of Dagupan with the kind of attitude the owner has.Some examples (we have a lot of experience with the rudeness but these are what I can remember at the top of my head):Once we asked if they could adjust the temperature because it was too cold (we had very young kids and seniors with us) but she YELLED at one of us who was asking politely. Another instance, we brought in food from outside because our toddler son can't eat anything from their menu. We asked for permission and the owner told us she can't allow my son to eat because it's from outside, that's the rules and we should show some respect. OMG. This is a kid who is hungry and can't eat your food and she can't even consider the needs of the child. So we ended up eating his food in the car while the family was gathered inside having coffee... Another story... I was sitting at the kids chair because I was feeding my son on the kids table and one of the waiters approached me to tell me the seats are for kids only and I should get off their chairs (these were sturdy, branded kids table and chair set... I think the brand was lifetime... and I wasn't even on the heaveier side of the scale)... She wants me to sit on their dirty floor or squat to feed my son ice cream. I mean, what kind of inconsiderate people are these ?Please don't come here expecting you will be served and treated like a customer that they appreciate and want to come back. Instead you will feel like you owe it to them that they allowed you inside their cafe.
