I was excited to come across this place on the way to the National Museum, it is a very short 4 min stroll from Central Terminal LRT. The vibe and ambiance are very nice and I was glad to see that they showcase local products. I had the PH Single Origin black coffee and the cordillera strawberry ice cream. The coffee was clean and fruity while the ice cream was unlike any I have tried before, icy and yet has a great creamy mouthfeel, not to mention the sweet strawberry. If you’re a coffee lover this place is an absolute must, sip your brew while taking in the greenery of Hero’s Park. Support local 🤎

Have you ever been to the area around City Hall at night? If you get off the Central Terminal station and go back a little along the railroad tracks, you will see the illuminated square. A cafe on the corner. I've been here saveral times and love the homemade basil sauce pasta and sweet cinnamon rolls. The inside of the cafe is also nice and I like the view of the lights from there. It would be fun to take out a cold iced coffee from the cafe and chat with friends on the benches in the plaza!A cafe surrounded by illuminations... Doesn'tit brighten up your mood somehow?

The cafe is at its best location! After arriving at the LRT 1 central station and before you start to walk going intramuros, luneta, National museum and other places around manila, you need a coffee in order to start your day. Best view and coffee. Love the interior and the outdoor dine as well. Love everything in here.

Never been here since nasobrahan ata sya sa hype last time kaya laging madaming tao.Fortunately, vacation time na so walang tao nung nagpunta kami (weekdays,~4pm).Prices: expensive af, did not expect for this place to be this expensiveAthmosphere: very serene and aesthetic ng interior, unfortunately close ung upstairs area.Service: took a longg time for nachos and cheese stick to be given to us. HOT Chocolate was served in a handleless cup (how tf should we drink this while hot????)Food: not worth it for the price range, seriously, cheesticks- fat and not your kanto cheestick naman- worth 200+ is damn expensive though the sauce is good (salsa taste).Nachos- the meat was not beef/ground pork more like chorizo, the saucee tasted like nothing at all 😅Drinks: we all ordered hot chocolate which was super sweet you have to add water many times just to balance the flavor. It was thick and creamy, wished the mug/cup is with a holder 🤦‍♀️Overall this is just your minsan lang place, wherein you just want to try new things 😅

COOL CAFÉ, that's it.A café in the middle of historical Manila is a great location but that's it. The place is very cozy, spacious and peaceful in the middle of the busy streets of the city. The staff are all nice. They also accept cashless payments (GCash/BPI)The cons I could say is their menu. Aside from few coffee and food options, they're also too expensive. If you're looking for good delicious food, nah. I only enjoyed their affogato. But if you're into unique shops and into local shops that support local market, this is a perfect place.Hope they could offer and make more customized coffee just like other local shops. Also, provide sugar and cream for those who want to add sweetness to their drink.

A bit crowded between 2pm and 5pm. You have to arrive earlier to secure a seat if you plan to study.Still a great place to hang out and meet people or study.

Patricia Paglinawan13:18 04/29/23
I tired the iced mocha latte, it didn't taste much, somehow it tasted more like chocolate that has shaved ice, but the service was good. You can study here in some area due to charging ports available under the table.

Almar Villar12:18 06/05/22
It's been a while since I visited this place ans boy was I surprised! Beautifuly renovated! Quiet and very spacious! It gets busy during lunch break though but not as like before when students from nearby universities studied here.

Drake Hogestyn08:42 02/06/22
Great alternative for the most popular coffee shop... CBTL is the next stop for me. I love their double chocolate ice blended or hot.

J Legaspi05:14 10/26/19
They are not environmentally cautious and aware. I ordered a soy capuccino in a mug but after 12mins, my order came in a paper cup. I told the lady I specifically asked for a mug but she said they are out of mugs. I pointed to her, in case she didn't see it with her bare eyes, that there are mugs on top of the espresso machine. She argued that the mug for capuccino is different. Can you explain to me the difference of the paper cup and the mugs on top of the machine? They are basically the exact same shape. Next time be cautious. There are people who are trying to help decrease people's trash and your Coffee Bean branch at Robinsons Place Residence in Manila is not helping at all.

nice place to work because of good lighting, and good wifi. the sandwich (shrimp wasabi) was decent! 🦐

We just had coffee here because we were hanging out while waiting for our kid in school near this place.Nice vibe, cool menu. We liked the overall look of the place.Food menu seems interesting but just not into carbs during our visit. Maybe next time.My Tiramisu coffee was good, however, the pour over coffee was a bit maasim. So something wrong with how the beans were extracted? Dun mo malalaman if coffee is ok when you try it black. Pag may mga timpla, macocover ng sweetness yung lasa ng coffee.Staff were “isang tanong, isang sagot mode” can’t blame establishment though. Most employees are like that.

Mark Dennis Ong09:07 04/10/23
Great cozy cafe in a Caltex gas station. They have good wifi connection. For the coffee, I tried their flat white. The coffee beans that they use are of good quality but the flat white itself was underwhelming. Need more balance between milk and espresso. Felt a bit watered down. It wasn't that bad but can be improved to be more flat white.

Althea Tan16:09 11/13/22
Truffle pasta is really good for 320. I also love the coffee, white chocolate mocha. Their honeycomb latte is also a must try! The place is quiet even if full of people. Most of the customers are also working or studying. Limited sockets. Wifi is provided, 2 hours for every order. They have parking space too.

Ravi Sivaraman10:20 03/26/21
Very good coffeeshop with clean and minimalist interiors. Long Black is good with medium bodied beans with fruity notes. Affogato is well presented and yummy. Grilled Cheese sandwichhas cheddar and mozzarella on sourdough bread served with chips and a tasty Marinara dip. Mushroom Truffle Pasta is delicious! Good place to work from

Dropped by here before heading to my destination to grab some breakfast and cappuccino. I love that the place is not crowded but there are no sockets to charge your laptop/cellphone so if you're a student planning to stay for a long time, this ain't the place for you but if you're just up for some quick grab of food and drinks, then this is the place.

Jastine Joy Dela Paz10:51 07/12/19
Great ambience and interiors are very modern and refreshing. They have free taste for their new drinks. Chairs and tables need to be monitored because some of the furnitures are damaged and may cause accidents to your customers. For people looking for coffee shops to work, there's NO sockets here.

To my surprise a multinational cafe such as coffee bean still do not have the technology ready to accept SumSung pay or iPhone pay. Or the employee did not know😅 as she told me she must swap a card to the POS.

Just saw previous review about NO toilets! Outrageous (and illegal in North America). To top it off NO Wifi. What planet are these people on👽?

Ms E. E.A.03:52 07/16/22
The barista was busy when we got inside. I didn't hear any greeting from him. The supervisor came out, took our order, greeted us ungraciously. We ordered large mango iced-blended and large matcha iced-blended, gave us the receipt and the coaster without informing us where to pick it up. When the coaster buzzed, I saw the mango was in regular size, and I said we ordered both large and she just said, "yung the punched po is regular", didn't even offer to changed it. She upsell something to eat but we didn't get any food. The whole thing was very transactional. The whole service never felt the same like it used to. We got here 7/26/22 around 11am.

I went here past 10pm trying to grab a late night coffee and read some books, since it's Friday the crowd is expected. The service is exceptional for the fact that the lady ask me if I wanted to have my final order before they close the shop since I was to caught up with what I'm reading. I would definitely do it again, I enjoyed my stay and read my book peacefully.

Ayra on the service counter is the best with her customer service I have found in Manila. She is so polite helpful and respectful with great smile she makes the day and coffee worth a lot more.I am from customer service background and do not get impressed very easily but I am very impressed by herVery well deserved 5star rating AyraWell done keep up the great work 👍

so many people in there.even if many customer they move so fast and always smile steff are awesome!!!!I will be there again!!

Karl “KL GROUP” Lincuna11:43 05/11/23
Love this, I found out that they stay longer to close every weekends.Additional Input: I take dine again after 10 Months, however, even regular days/Weekdays now are hard to find seat inside and too crowded, hope they can put more tables and reconfig the area, they have a lot customer and waited for more than 10mins for queuing to punch their orders.

Beluga04:48 07/10/22
Very ambient interior. You can opt for indoor or outdoor dining. Keypad for restroom code not working, codes printed on the receipt are useless, would defeat the purpose of exclusive use of restrooms for the customers who ordered any Starbucks orders.

The Den is like an oasis amidst the busy Escolta, offering refreshing drinks and tasty coffee selections.Based on what I saw, it attracts the Gen Z market. It’s a good place to hangout on a weekend afternoon or enjoy a quick weekday snack. They maximized their limited space to accommodate more seating customers. Before or after a visit, you can check out the novelty stores beside it.

Jace Navarro (Jace)01:31 11/13/22
Located on the ground floor or First United and inside HUB Make Lab, The Den offers a meeting place for the people who visit Escolta. The vibe here is very youth. Their dishes are nice as well! Very nice serving. I had their Spicy Tuna Pasta and Berg’s Coffee. They also offer a complimentary 2-hour wifi.

Brian13:37 09/08/22
Waited all morning to get something to eat and I came here and the barista told me he couldn’t make any food because he was the only one. There were only two other customers and they had already gotten their items.Even worse, while i waiting there he prepared food for a to-go order while i stayed hungry. The latte I ordered was actually really good and it’s awesome they provide two hours of wifi. I honestly wished I tried their food. We’ll, three stars for everything else aside from the service.

Ravi Sivaraman07:17 03/17/21
Coffeeshop with signature drinks and good food in Hub: Make Lab, Escolta St. We had an excellent Berg's coffee with coconut milk and Muscavado syrup. Our other drink Dirty Chai with Espresso, milk and chair syrup was ok.Tinapa Pasta was very good as was Creamy Egg & Cheese Sandwich with fried potatoes. We indulged our sweet tooth with a very chocolatey crack crinkle & Banana Caramel Waffle Toppings

Rosyel Sawali17:16 12/22/18
We finally got to try out this place! It was quite hidden, but I loved the feel of privacy when you're hanging out here. I tried the recommended Spicy Tuna pasta & loved it too. My daughter tried Lemon Caper & liked it too. Both are offered combo with their house soda. We tried passion fruit & yuzu (Japanese lemon). The urban industrial decor fits the overall interior of the entire hub where indie merchant stores could be found. Overall experience: very satisfactory

I love the food here. Rosemary chicken is my personal favorite but their pastas and other dishes are also good. I personally don't like their coffee-based drinks but their non-coffee drinks are good if you have a sweet tooth. Quiet place to study plus there is unlimited wifi! There are also electrical outlets if you need. Staffs are very nice as well!

great food and cozy ambiance near morayta. you can find it near the morayta's footbridge

Joeven Castro00:32 06/27/18
This tinapa in red pesto is just one of the delectable dishes of Beyond Coffee. The cafe’s first come-on is its ambience that can divert you from Old Manila’s urban jungle. It has an eclectic-homey interior design that is perfect for a barkada’s chitchat. It offers gourmet rice meals and pasta, which are one-of-its-kind in the U-Belt area that is better known for its chain of fastfood restaurants and karinderya. The serving is not that ample, though. Parking is difficult in the area so if you plan to try this place, it is best to be dropped off by Grab instead.

Christian Monsod (Chronizoul)07:55 06/21/18
If you're a foodie and loves sweets this is the place for you. They have the best tasting food arouns the area. The place is small but can satisfy your cravings.

Curious to try as I saw that it never becomes vacant of its patrons. Ordered iced Vietnamese latte & a mango fruit tea, found it okay for the price point. There are many side street parking available for both cars and motorcycles too for a seldom UST Alumnus goer like me 🙂 Will come back again to try their food 🙂

The coffee is great. I ordered their Caramel Macchiato and I love its taste. The staff are friendly and accomodating. 🤍

JEAN MARIE LADERA00:44 05/11/23
I super recommend manila cafe, for me it is the perfect place for you to study plus having a great coffee. My personal favourites are Spanish latte and Caramel Macchiato 💯😋 and aside from its ambiance and the coffee itself. Manila Cafe also has really accommodating staffs. 🤩

uriah pancho15:12 02/19/23
The hot coffee is good. Like really good. The food options are limited but surprisingly also really good. I had pizza, latte and fries.Would not recommend their cold drinks. Their fruity drinks are syrup based and not made of actual fruits. I had yakult lemonade and it didn't taste like fresh lemonade. My friends ordered other cold drinks and their complaints were that the drinks were too sweet.

Claren03:31 11/20/22
I love the modern aesthetic of the place! The staff were very kind also. We came in around 10am and there were just a few people so we were able to do our school work. Around afternoon to early evening, the place is crowded though. As for the food and drinks, we loved it especially the Matcha Latte and the pizza! The price and taste ratio is also perfect. Will definitely go back again.
