The owners of the venue need to invest more funds into promoting the club on sites such as schoobs and they will see the difference. The one downer in the evening that I felt was that the staff member just inside the entrance taking the payments came across as a bit impatient. I appreciate that by it is by no means an easy job where I can imagine there are quite a few difficult customers, and working in the middle of the night can't be ideal. Having said that, I felt on a couple of occasions that their attitude wasn't great and they came across as abrupt. To be fair the staff member had seemed fine at times, but I felt talked down to. The staff outside and in the bar were lovely and made me feel a lot more welcome, which in turn helped make the difference in me considering returning to this venue again.Overall the drinks were good and the music was great, with a nice atmosphere. When I entered I was greeted with smiles and then giving me the advice on where to sit with my friends. Drinks and food are good and reasonably priced and the vibe and atmosphere was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make my friends birthday the most enjoyable it could be. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly but special shout out to Vincent the manager and Bradley, who makes a lovely cocktail. DJ arrives at 10pm and plays all the tunes. I liked that it had games to play and to keep you entertained. It's quite small so I can imagine it'll be very crowded and loud when busy. Although, it was quiet when I went with my friends. The drinks are responsibly priced and I didn't try the food. I think this place is perfect to go to with a big group of friends/people. The outside area is small, but cosy and the heaters keep you warm even when it's cold outside which is nice. After some cocktails accross the road we came to play some games and go in the adult sized ball pool. The lighting and scenery was decorated with aluminious quirky graffiti and there was a variety of games such as pool, beer pong and some arcade machines.There was a photo booth on the other side of the fun house but everything iver that side was not on. There was another ball pool there too which was not in use. It was early Saturday evening and was fairly quiet gradually getting a little busier as the evening went on.ID was required for entry and the ball pit was £5 to enter.It was a good night and a laugh with friends. Went there yesterday, and was followed by a bouncer the whole night. He was physically aggressive and threatened to throw me out without my coat and belongings. Just stay away from this place.. People were arrested because of this altercation. Please be aware do yourselves a favour do not attend this club!! You may not be lucky. the security are aggressive and will attack anyone and anybody with force for very insignificant trivial reasons. Even if you think you are a upstanding citizen. I mostly saw people from my primary and secondary school it was like a school reunion.The drinks were reasonable. A brandy and coke is £4.75 for a single.The disappointment was that the DJ always played the song until the end and he never played DJ Khaled - Wild Thoughts.I would only go here as a last minute plan. When w came about 11pm the club was almost empty. Music wasn't our favorite however still can have fun. The worst think about the club ida that staff behind a bar try to cheat on the stuff you buying. We have ordered 4 double vodka redbull (it was one of another orders and we did not put attention on the other before) however when my friend ask the girl behind the bar - why you give us cheap energy drink instead of original redbull when we paying almost 30quids for it she said to my friend that is a red bull But it was one of the cheapest you can buy on the market like best-in brand. So we called manager named Chris and he also wasn't so nice to us he said to me I am to laud and shouldn't talk like that of course i was loud- music was playing so should i whisper to him????? No matter after conversation which wasn't on professional way finally they served right drink. In my opinion it shouldn't look like this if you pay for entrance and you pay pretty much for drink so you expect what you paying for. So people look what they serve to you.
