When we arrived we were taken to a large area at the back of the club which we assumed was the VIP area, however other people were coming in and out of it as though it was part of the main club? We were given all the alcohol that we had paid for and it came out with ice buckets, loads of mixers, sparklers etc which was really nice. However when we couldn't see a DJ or a booth we asked about the private DJ we had paid for. We were told that the DJ wasn't private for just us, it was private for the whole club? They told us that they had just renovated so there was no longer room for a private DJ but didnt think to drop us an email to let us know. Their website still advertises a "VIP DJ" - its probably worth changing that before trading standards gets wind of it 🙃We then asked if we could request some songs, which we were told we could, as the music was shocking. However the DJ gave us every excuse he could think of for not playing our songs, like how he was about to go downstairs and would play them there (this never happened). They didn't want to give us a refund, despite us paying for something that wasn't provided, but they gave us a free bottle of vodka. It was a nice gesture but they had already killed the vibe about half an hour before, so we left and went to Revs next door. Marisela Morales16:53 02/15/22AVOID! the worst place I've been to. Place full of aggressive teens (a lot looked underage) that were showing threatening behaviour and security on the floor was ignoring it. Someone was even trying to start fight with us for no reason. We left after about 1 hour and were waiting for coats for 15min as ladies were more interested in talking to men than working. I don’t know the name of two bouncers but they were so horrible, and treated me terribly for no reason and I will be complaining further to the club. Two security guys in the smoking area were dreadful and I feel like I was treated awfully. I went to labs on the 1st June and the event happened at around 1am. Never returning. These security guys need to realise that they are protecting their customers, not against them. AWFUL SERVICE.No I wasn’t ejected, but the way I was spoken to was out of order and they threatened to throw me out just because I wasn’t accepting the way they were treating me. The way they spoke to me was so patronising, worryingly aggressive and completely out of order when I was simply just asking questions about what was going on.They shouldn’t be allowed to work in a position of power if they can’t face customers in a normal, calm and respectful way.I’ve never been treated so terribly by bouncers at a club before until tonight at Labyrinth. Apparently the only reason I wasn’t thrown out because I was a girl. Not sure what exactly I would’ve been thrown out for though. One bouncer kept threatening to throw me out saying to the other ‘come on let’s throw her out’, the other bouncer hesitating. Probably because there was no actual reason to throw me out, and so completely exploiting his position of power just because he didn’t like me questioning his strange behaviour. Such a rude individual, he seemed to get a weird thrill about the idea of using his position of power as he desperately tried to kick me out. Is this how you treat paying customers?There are much better clubs in Bath and Bristol I wouldn’t recommended anyone to go to this club as I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I did tonight. Such a shame my night was ruined by some weird power hungry bouncers, who seem to be angry little men taking out their problems and anger on vulnerable drunk people. Avoid. The only thing I'd say is there are more steps than a drunk person would like. I wasn't even tipsy at the beginning and I was constantly tripping up the stairs as they were too shallow to really notice in the lighting but deep enough to trip over. Overall though, great time, definitely planning to go again soon!! Club XL

Overall, it's a great pub with a great vibe and atmosphere, but the leaking toilets do detract from the overall experience. He had everyone in stitches with his hilarious jokes and witty one-liners. His energy was infectious, and his unique style of comedy left us all wanting more. However, I must say that all the acts were fantastic, and each brought their own unique style of humor to the stage.The venue itself was perfect for a night of comedy. The layout was intimate and cozy, and the stage was perfectly positioned to ensure everyone had a clear view of the performers. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the drinks flowed freely throughout the night.Overall, I would highly recommend the Komedia comedy nights to anyone looking for a night of laughter and entertainment. The manager came in about half an hour after we arrived and the whole atmosphere changed. Rude, sarcastic, grumpy.Not acceptable in our safe space.I used to hang out here at The Tap with her grandad, who was the life and soul of the party. Please take a leaf out of his book.
