Small but unique... Lots of items may not be found in other supermarket... Imported items quite a lot

AJ De Vera08:33 11/11/22
Too many items in such a small space. They were re-stocking when we went there last 11/05/2022. boxes upon boxes are all over the place.. you can barely walk along the very narrow aisles. Very good if you know what you need to buy.. but if you are just randomly looking for something to buy, not very good.

Many authentic Chinese products inside. The sales people are quite rough in handling their products but they're polite. The place is quite messy with so many cartons when we visited the place (maybe they're stacking?). No prices are visible on display so it's a nuisance to keep on asking for the price.

Mandarin Supermarket offers a variety of Chinese goodies which can't be seen from nearby competitors though the price is slightly more expensive. The place is also narrow where pushing the trolley can be a bit challenging. The only downside I usually see when going here is that they still sell expired items so people who can't read Chinese should be more cautious when buying here.

Cashier is very slow, i notice that the open cashier is always half open half close. The price is more pricey compare to other groceries store but there are more china brand goods such as instant noodles, shampoo and dish washing. They also offer membership card for points and some benefits like some promo item will be a little cheaper. Overall its not that bad but also not that good.

There are many Korean products they offer. Even Korean versions of common goods in our market. Also the Owner and his staffs are very accommodating. Additionally, imported products especially chocolates are way more cheaper in this store than that of those sold in our common supermarkets.

I would recommend Unnie-Chan Asian Mart for all your Asian food cravings. They have a wide variety of Korean, Japanese and other Asian food items. The store is easy to find and they also offer delivery service which is great. I can still enjoy eating my favorite Korean food even though I can't travel to Korea due to pandemic. Thank you Unnie-Chan!

Great asian foods and treats. Freshly cooked ma pa, champoy, candies, ma hu. And many more

Jay14:35 05/30/23
The most extensive place to find hard to find chinese food products. Don't forget to try the peanuts in the shell (garlic flavor too) and the preserved fruits. OMG the preserved fruits are amazing. The preserved ginger is also something you should not miss out on.

Res Gonzalez02:24 04/18/23
Snack Mecca! I look forward to buy honey dates, champuy, egg rolls, samgyupsal hotpot ingredients, chili condiments, dried spicy squid, etc. They also have ready to eat items like Pork Machang.

It is one of the most interesting grocery stores I've been to in Manila, and a good one to check out if you're visiting Binondo. It's easy to miss, but the variety available inside is really impressive. They have all sorts of food items, especially things you might not be used to or familiar with. They also have a good stock of things that are usually hard to get hold of (like winter melon candy). The staff are efficient and helpful too.All in all, great place to visit for grocery and food or even pasalubon shopping! 👍

Another happy place for lovers of chinese and Asian goodies and groceries. Found loose leaf tea by the kilo. The dried pork and fish flakes and preserves were a good deal too.
