Andoy O00:52 04/20/23Long story short, paid them to fix my shocks (and they did) but damaged one of the wheels (check photo). Worst in terms of updates.I chose this shop as I saw good reviews (as of October 2022 but this got lowered as of this writing) and the fact that this is beside our condo. They are really poor with comms, I reached out October 2022 and had to make SEVERAL follow ups (as if I owe them to fix my car) to confirm the service which eventually happened March 2023! Even so (for convenience), I decided to pay more than 50% (around Feb) of the service so that they can procure the parts needed so that my car won't get stuck with them while waiting for the said parts (this too was left unattended in terms of updates and I had to make follow ups again after several weeks!). The worst part is when I finally got my car March 8, the repair was successful, I test drove (together with Edwin--my contact) and shocks are now fine. Paid in full and checked out the car, went straight to condo parking (which is beside this shop (you can check the maps for PGMH). March 9, my wife and I went to bohol for a vacation and came back March 12. March 14, I needed to go out, I decided to check the tire pressure of all tires (since it has been 2-3 months since I checked) and noticed one of the wheels with a long scratch (see photo). I wash my car monthly (yes, myself so I know if there are new scratches etc) and check tire pressure every 2-3 months (since I have the auto inflator). I immediately mesasged the shop and showed the scratch to them. I was told to take the car back for them to check so went back. I looked for Edwin and pointed out that the scratch could not have been caused by my driving as the car was parked the whole time and just by looking at the scratch, it could not have been caused through driving. They took pictures and acknowledged that it could have been caused by how the wheels were stacked after being removed to replace the shocks. After a few days and another follow-up, I talked to Edward and was told that their BOSS did not want to acknowledge the problem and that their staff were certain that the scratch was not there when the car was brought in---this is irritating as it seems they are saying that I caused the scartch after I pulled out the car. I insisted that they do something about it as I could not have caused the damage given how it looks like and they were the only ones who handled it. Over a month now and nothing. I am no longer expecting them to do something about it so I'm posting this looooong review as a warning. Be extra careful when you have your cars brought in to this shop, expect the worst comms and get something else damaged in the process.
