"Magic word" will not really give you a big discount. They sell "bodega" leftover stocks with reasonable prices meaning you'll get what you pay for (most stocks have shipping damages, my new fixie got wobbly/crashed crank chainring).

Hard to find, but worth it. They don't give the best discounts but they have a wide range of bicycles available for viewing and drooling over. Google maps should point you to its exact location, which helps, given the none too visible signage.

I bought my gravel bike here. The owner was very helpful. He gave me advice on what I should look for and that I should try and test other bikes first instead of immediately buying the one I liked from their shop. Be observant as you go through the street so you don't miss it. If you're on a bike, that surely won't be a problem. Extensive collection and friendly staff. Had my share of Topeak purchases, all in good condition. Also carries local brands like SackIt and Pacgear.
