Quick fix of my punctured tubeless tire with new sealant. My old bike shop "forgot" to put the sealant in that I gave them... Made sure it worked. (Specialized; who is biking with my sealant now???).

Staff and manager/cashier need to get trained in good customer service. Anyway, I purchased a set of tires and had them installed, (which btw are defective now after a few months), and they didn't even ask if I wanted my old ones back. Nor, did they say thank you for the sale. Not recommended

Had to buy my SLX brakes here, not cheap but at least you know its authentic. Most MTB parts are not available. Bike service is top notch.

Being a beginner I was hoping to get advise on parts for the upgrade of my bike. The guy at the counter isn’t helpful at ALL and assumes that I know everything even after telling him I barely know how to go about upgrades. I will NEVER return here. It was a very unpleasant experience.

My to go bike shop for general maintenance and changing spare parts since I am staying in Makati.One of best thing I can recall is They did extra mile by sourcing some parts when it was not available on their shop. I asked them to change hub for my wheelset. Some how it requires spoke that is not available in their shop.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Prices for their services are also quite reasonable. The shop is more suited for road or mountain bikes though, and they didn't carry replacements for my 20" tires. Still, it was a great experience and I'll definitely come back for tuneups.

My mechanic boss Jun was great. He repaired my STI. Boss Renz and Arnel were also good mechanics. Would absolutely recommend the shop to all bikers.

I visited here earlier to have my cables replaced. The shop personnel quoted 100 for the cable replacement. after 15 minutes, he said it was 200 since the parts were not purchased with them. I agreed. After an hour, I noticed that there are other customers that came after me who were serviced first. Then the shop personnel called me again saying that the owner wants 400php saying that it was a difficult job and would take 2 hours. I just left. wasted time and effort. I would not recommend this place for those looking for a decent bike shop.

My go to bike shop however you would seldom find cheap bike products here, I suggest to go to Quiapo instead. But the people here are nice and yoi just have to be patient and be friendly so they will reciprocate.
