I got my first bike from this dealership.The staff was very helpful in answering my questiom regarding their units. They also respond quickly to messages and calls. Plus they have frame sliders available and you can opt to have it included with a cost.My only concern just like with any dealership is the processing of OR/CR. The staff told me that its possible that it would take at least weeks to get the OR/CR.Nonetheless, the experience of buying from this dealership is great
