Honestly blown away by this establishment. The service was lovely and the food was absolutely brilliant, just full of flavour! Will be back soonUnfortunately when coming 24hrs later, having different staff members on, definitely makes a massive difference. The girl on the floor was helpful, but the kitchen staff were rude and couldn’t accept the meal he had produced was tasteless. What appeared to be the other staff members, that seemed to be off shift when we arrived, were blaring out the music that would suit a night club. Seemed Rather pissed and having an argument at 19:10 on a Tuesday.. (so I guess you could look at it as entertainment)So it’s hit and miss unfortunately it has a lot of potential to be amazing with the right staff on shift

The dinner we had was called a Sizzler/with chicken absolutely lovely with sweet potato fries and normal fries on the side, Guacamole, Sour cream, and cheese with tortilla wraps. It was a lovely atmosphere and the bartender could not have been friendlier. we would definitely eat there again. also dogs are allowed in the pub.Top Marks👌🏾👌🏾

Lovely attentive staff, nice surroundings, great food, good wine selection, dogs welcome, great outside seating areas

Daniel Booth21:21 06/23/23
Food was very good, services was ok. No issues with the orders. We went on a Friday night so the music was very loud down stairs in the bar, but just right in the dining area. Would go again!

Ray Scott08:13 05/09/22
Simple answer would be. Loved the food well flavoured and cooked. Two of the photos are starters mushroom & cheese the other chicken winds. The Mains chicken burger & chips, beef burger & chips and fajitas. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They catered for 10 of us which was appreciated.Hopefully when I'm down that way to visit my friends I can persuade them to have a meal there.

A group of us went in on Saturday on a day trip in the area. We were made most welcome in this wonderful micro pub. It's no wonder they've won awards for being a community pub. Oh and the beer was superb. 10/10

Rob Daley22:50 04/01/23
Had a meal here with the wife tonight. Mains were OK, starters and desserts were absolutely bang on.Would've rated 4* overall, but the staff make up that extra point. We were looked after by Kyra who - if the management are reading this - is an absolute credit to you. One of the best we've come across anywhere. Will definitely return.

Christine Payne18:20 03/25/22
Wonderful food and overall experience. Meals larger and higher quality than expected. Service first class. Expected sides needed to supplement the mains but not the case. I recommend.

Dan15:27 11/24/18

Perfect for a relaxed drink, great selection of ale, cider and gins, nice little outside seating area.

pip piper12:09 04/16/23
I was in the Pub and a chap came in with a tray of baked food and you helped yourself all free. The beer choice is ok and the toilets are clean. You can sit outside or inside, it is not a massive Pub as it is a micro bar.

Katie20:02 05/04/22
Great little pub. Staff are always so pleasant! Lovely beers. Visited when they had a little festival going on. Good atmosphere

Good food. We meet son and d-in-law for catchup monthly. Decor could do with updating. A bit eerie with people drinking alcohol at 10am 🙄

Trevor Baigent13:34 07/25/23
A very popular wetherspoons pub, I should think it's busy for most of the day,,,,,,, good food sometimes a bit noisy but service was excellent with all the usual attributions, that you'd expect.

lance kelleher00:30 07/13/23
Only been her for lunch. Usual spoons prices, lots of natural light throughout, plenty of staff. Decent spoons. Will go again.

Ian Chilvers11:33 12/14/22
Had another breakfast here today, with endless coffee. Service was great and fast although the breakfast wasn't that warm, which was a shame as I would have given 5* if it wasn't for that. The heating was also broken but engineers were on site fixing it.Will still be going back for another breakfast as it is good value for money

Google Customer Service23:44 03/09/22
Really like this weatherspoons, staff always seem friendly and happy to help, the food is always fast to arrive and is just exactly as you would expect from a weatherspoon pub. Happy to return as and when I get chance. Only downside is the struggle of parking locally.

We have a fantastic enclosed, family friendly Beer garden with a new children's play area including swings, slide, balance boards, monkey bars a new seesaw and have plans for further additional activities soon.We have also just had a BBQ built and plan to use it every weekend throughout the summer season as it's set in an all weather area. Come and check us out 🙂

Adam White14:56 07/26/23
Great place. It is very rock oriented and does tend to attract that clientele but people were very friendly and it had excellent live music.

Michael Upton14:05 05/19/23
A gem that needs protecting. Great music, great building and staff to boot. Pool table, darts, table football. Regular open mics and vinyl nights... a massive beer garden. And to conclude, a pair of passionate managers that run the place.

darren lowes11:54 03/08/23
A brilliant place for live music, especially if you're into your rock music. A friendly environment. Really enjoyed my time there.

Liam Sambo12:31 02/14/19
Amazing venue we installed some of our arcade games here recently and this place offers everything great music and one of the best beer gardens I've ever seen 🍺🍺🍺

Steve larwood19:19 12/02/21
Would have left a minus 5 if I could. I'm disabled and cannot weight bear on a foot broken 3 years ago and 1st operation 2 weeks ago due to no ops cos of covid. Went in on fold up supermarket type electric chair. (Small). Told by landlord to get out. No wheelchairs allowed. I asked if he was joking. Said no. Can't come in. Can't drink in here in that. Absolutely shocking. So if you are disabled stay away from this hostile place. It's awful.
