Installed an improper model of aux fan in my vehicle so i have to buy another aux fan that is perfect for the model (which they charged double tho). Their mechanic even forgot to return my tire wrench if i haven't checked my trunk. It's just so sad how their mechanic can sabotage their business by taking advantage someone like me or who's not even an expert about cars. I hope they will learn their lesson. When your car needs a part replaced, they tell you they will just run to their "warehouse", but in fact, they quickly go to Pyeza or somewhere in Subangdaku. I am not saying it's bad. No difference in shades could be spotted.However, I have had a very bad experience regarding their business practices there.Here was the situation:When I got there to retrieve my car, they tried to charge me an additional 400+ for double-sided tape even though this was not stated in the contract that I signed, and 30k was already given to them from the insurance and myself. I didn't understand why I should be the one to shoulder that cost after I had already paid for the agreed service. Instead, they even tried to call and involve my wife even though I was the one who came, paid, signed, and got confirmed that the amount already covered everything. This situation seemed like extortion. It was unacceptable in my eyes, and it put me in a very uncomfortable position in that shop, having to argue with the owner and the staff.This was a very bad experience.Additionally, some moldings (headlight eye liners) were broken in the back and front as they were removed and reinstalled. The staff first pretended that it was already broken beforehand. It's a good thing I have the before and after pictures on my phone so I could confidently refute that claim.They also tried a "quick fix" method on my bumper, which was hanging a bit lower on one side (pulling on it by force and keep it in place by gluing it with sealant and tape, didn't work) that resulted in a crack in the bumper.None of these issues were addressed. Instead, they canceled the extra charge, and I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.I would advise everyone to always take thorough pictures of your car before you leave it in a shop and make sure they won't try to force some additional charge on you. This prolonged period of time is highly inconvenient and speaks volumes about their inefficiency and lack of professionalism. Needless to say, it caused significant inconvenience in my daily life.Furthermore, upon receiving my car, I was appalled to find numerous paint defects, notably the orange peel effect. This is a clear indication of poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. It is evident that they rushed through the job without bothering to provide a satisfactory finish. Such shoddy work is completely unacceptable, especially considering the time I had to wait for this subpar result.To make matters worse, the personnel at D&G AUTO SERVICES & ACCESSORIES demonstrated an unprofessional and rude attitude throughout my interaction with them. Despite the glaring issues with the job they had done, they actually had the audacity to insist that I accept my car in its substandard condition. In fact, they even returned over my car to me five times without checking the defects before handing over the car to me, which only further emphasized their lack of expertise and incompetence.I discovered that they had damaged my car's interior during their attempt to rectify their mistakes. This negligence reflects a complete disregard for customer property and a lack of accountability. It is absolutely unacceptable for any reputable establishment to damage a customer's vehicle while claiming to provide a service.Considering the horrific experience I had with them, I had no choice but to pull out my car from their shop, even though I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. I could not bear to see my vehicle further mistreated under their inadequate services.In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to avoid D&G AUTO SERVICES & ACCESSORIES at all costs. Their tardiness, poor workmanship, unprofessionalism, and damaging of my car's interior are all valid reasons to steer clear of this shop.
