Yes the guard are attentive, the mechanics are polite. But the workmanship is unprofessional as per my experience. I came to this place to fix my car, leak on rear oil seal. The mechanic arrived at 9:30am and he was assigned to me. So he asked me politely on what is the problem with my car. After a brief conversation he started to prepare his tools. Then he started to dismantle all the necessary parts until they reached to the transmission assembly, while they are pulling out the transmission they dont even put anything to protect/ prevent scratches on the transmission housing assembly, put it on the ground and drag it out and leaving deep scratches on the bottom of the transmission assembly. And while the mechanic start to install the rear oil seal, using only a hammer and a piece of box wrench to push the oil seal. What happen is he damage the oilseal due to improper used of tools and wrong installation proceedure.
