WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought one of their products on October 2022 and when I got home, the product is not inside the box. I called their management the night I purchased the product to raise my concern and they said they will investigate about the matter.I followed up my concern a few more times and after a month of waiting, they said that my request was declined. They just recommended to test the product before purchasing. Why is the burden on the customer and not on the store? The cashier nor the personnel suggested to test the product. My money literally went down the drain. I won't ever purchase anything in this store again. This is the first time I experienced this. I hope this won't happen to other customers who will buy something in this store.

For anyone looking to purchase here, I would suggest you go to a different branch because the personnel here do not care for their customer's and their own safety with regards to Covid infections. They seem to only care about making a sale.I went today Friday May 21, 2021, around 10am-11am for Mi Store's reference.There was a customer being assisted by a store personnel and that customer had his mask down where his mouth was covered but his nose was not. The customer was wearing a blue shirt and had tattoos on his arm.I asked the store personnel assisting me why they are allowing that and she said there are customers that don't listen. I was bothered by the fact that I had to offer to be the one to tell the unmasked customer to wear his mask properly before someone told him. He did so. For now.Later on, he was again walking around with his mask worn improperly even while at the cashier. And also while his purchase was being unboxed and tested. I asked the person assisting me why they are allowing that and he said that he didn't notice it. Okay. I'll give him that despite the fact that this person was walking around the store and I noticed it.I then asked the woman who assisted him with the purchase, unboxing and testing why she allowed it. She then also said that she didn't notice it. Really? The guy was in-front of her for the most part of his stay inside the store and she did not notice it. I was looking at which unit to buy, inquiring about specs and I noticed it.

Lots of food traffic in this stand alone Xiaomi shop. They have expanded their lines sending customers to look not only at cellphone and smart watches but also scooters, smart vacuum cleaners, hardware (think hammer, screwdrivers), cctv, AI assistants, smart bulbs, and more. Staff are helpful and easy to approach even if you're not intending to buy yet. Prices are reasonable (like any good "made in China" products). Always a pleasure to check what's new and see if they tickle your plans for upgrade.

I have purchased products from nearly all of the Mi stores in Manila, but this one I will not be returning to. The products are great but the customer service was not up to what I personally think is adequate or reflective of the Mi corporation. Plenty of places around to purchase mi products and from my experience you would do well to purchase from one of those

Though the quality of the product is good, the staff are not knowledgeable enough about their products. They rely on the brochure for product description and comparing 1 product to another. Though you have interest in buying, they are not that accommodating. Better make sure that you know what you wanted to buy before you go here, or go to another Mi store at least.

Bought a cellphone here for a friend. Tranasaction was fast since we have a reservation but the line outside is very long. Limited number of individuals are only allowed to come inside. They have a freat selection of elecrronic products. Great to use BDO credit card since they have 12 months zero percent installment while they accept other cards it is only limites to straight transactions.

The most affordable electric scooter there is. Warranty covers the factory defects only. You get a flat tire, the store manager will recommend to visit a vulcanizing shop else, they'll endorse the repair to their service center and may take atleast 7 days and at a price.

Had a bad experience with this store back in 2015. The new phone I bought from them suddenly vibrated nonstop for no reason, despite turning it off and on. It hadn't been 24 hours since I bought it. When I returned to the store, they said they'll repair it, but I said I don't need it repaired, it needs to be exchanged with a new working unit. Since that particular model was always getting sold out and delivery was indefinite, I had to wait three weeks, with no follow up call from them. Finally, I told them I'll just take my money back. They balked and said I can only have it exchanged for a different item or wait some more until my phone model becomes available. That was the last straw for me. I told them DTI expressly states that the customer has the prerogative to have the item exchanged or returned for a refund. They complied.End of sob story. Bottomline is, Memoxpress lacks real aftersales customer service. I also heard rumors that some of their phones are refurbished, which are then tinkered with by their service center and then passed off as brand new.
