We always go here for our ramen weather fix. Love the thickness of flavors and thin noodles. It's good that they give customers the option to choose the spice level. I also like their karaage (available only in their SM branch). You'll have better chances of getting seated sooner in their CJH branch than SM, during peak hours/days. Outdoor eeating and parking are also available.

Visited this branch on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. I had a good experience with the food and service.I ordered a Red king with Tamago. Their presentation was not as good as other branches. The taste of the broth and all the ingredients were good. It's the Tamago that seemed like it was cooked days before. It had an almost sour taste.The food service was quick. They served it in under 10 minutes. During my visit there weren't a lot of people which is probably why I got my meal that fast.The restaurant has ample seats. There were seats available inside and outside of the restaurant.The staff is friendly and very attentive

We ate dinner here on the weekend and it was a nice experience. We ordered their Secret Garden pizza, creamy pesto, strawberry nut smoothies, and lasagna. Everything was delicious and made fresh, so it took some time to prepare but all is worth it.The servers were super nice and accommodating and the place was cozy. Will def go back here on our next visit.

We were looking for a place to dine in and drink and we found this on our way to our hotel. Most establishments close at 7 on Sundays but they close at 10 so we still had a chance to relax and chill. Their pizza is good and I love their mango crepe. My friends and I had so much fun here and we apologize for being so loud. Will definitely come back 👍

If you are looking for a place to dine in with your friends or family then I recommend you to try this establishment. The staff were accommodating and very attentive. They also have boodle fights bundle that you can choose from. You could also try to catch fresh crabs and shripm from their aquarium and they will cook it the way you wanted to. I love their bagoong rice it is tasty. The ambiance of the place is cozy very filipino.

The place is nice. Windy and relaxing. Parking is spacious. Their food is ok. Masarap sya though onti lang menu nila kaya medj few choices to choose from. The batirol is ok. I like the strawberry batirol more than the normal since the normal batirol tastes like your ordinary hot chocolate drink. Super tagal ng service. They were not understaffed that time. Mabagal ang check out, waited for more than 30 mins. Food was cold na when arrived though yung drinks na batirol hot ang dating.

Back in 2013-2014 this was a quaint and lovely cafe with a lady who does the batirol process after you order and you get to see it being made and the hard work put into it. They didn’t have much staff back then but even so It was a lovely experience watching it made from scratch and the hot chocolate was rich and flavourful, it used to be so delicious. Unfortunately the traditional method doesn’t seem to be used anymore, just vats of chocolate on low heat. We wanted to see it being made- they said the person does it now behind doors?.. anyways we got our hot chocolate very quickly after ordering but didn’t see it being made traditionally. They had the things to use but seemed to just be a display.The hot chocolate didn’t taste like it used to, no richness to the flavour and had a slight sour taste. I am a bit surprised as I was so excited to go back here after a decade and bring the family to try it. Disappointing because the place now looks so much more beautiful and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing time in Baguio.

This restaurant/cafe is over hype. The price of food is expensive. But some of the food are delicious like Bibingka and kare-kare. Some of their crew is not attentive and respectful. Don't trust all the positive online reviews, it create misconception. There are more better, more affordable, more delicious restaurants in Baguio.

It is the first time I tried this kind of chocolate drink ☕🍫 and taste is unique compared to other hot choco. For my taste, I think it is better if it is cold (only hot is available during that time).For their food, a bit expensive but serving is not bad. Had a sumptuous brunch at this restaurant! Ambiance is great. perfect for nature lovers. We had their buttered chicken, crispy pork kare kare and beef nilaga. All is worth the price specially the kare kare. Also tried their best seller Hot mallows chocolate batirol. Too flavorful, had to ask for another cup of hot water.

Too much hype for something ordinary. Not worth the money, overrated. The taste, presentation, and quality were not worth the price. The chocolate drink is just okay but expensive, I have tasted better chocolate drinks in other places. There is nothing so fantastic about this place, it's the typical tourist trap. Their staffs are not service-oriented, and not friendly at all. If you're looking for value for your money, you can surely find a more decent restaurant than here, you will not miss anything if you won't try to dine here. A sad breakfast.

I totally enjoyed my first visit in this place more than five years ago. I was expecting the same experience I had then on my last visit just last week.Of course, you have to wait. The staff mentioned right away that there might be inconveniences because parts of the area were being renovated, and that all food items will be served in take-out containers, even though you’re dining in.It was a rainy afternoon so I thought it’s a good time for hot chocolate. It was okay, but I was missing the same vibes I’ve had before.We strolled in the nearby woods after.

We went here Friday evening before closing time. There are just few people dining at that time. This place is packed most of the time especially lunch time and weekends. Ordered the traditional, strawberry and mint hot chocolate which are all good. Service is fast and the servers were nice. The place really looks magical especially at night with all the lights turned on.

When in Baguio: a visit for a comforting mug of hot chocolate is a must. :)Love the instagrammable ambiance. The garden setting is very relaxing. Staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive.Food is homey, and portion is enough for one.There was a long queue when we got there but managed to be given a table after a few minutes of waiting.There was just one working bathroom during our visit and there were some mosquitoes in the garden area since we stayed towards dinner time. But other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.

The management team has done a great job keeping this place beautiful and operational for many years without showing any signs of depreciation. Food is decent.For me, the bread & butter was beautiful (9/10). Bread was warm and butter was nice (and easy to apply). For me, the Salmon is over cooked and the skin soaked up the pasta's gravy (5/10), hence not crisp. Babyback ribs a little hard (4/10). Pork (5/10) and Angus beef (6/10) was a little over cooked. Penne pasta is good (8/10); caebonara too (6/10). Service was impeccable; service staff was very attentive to details and prompt in service. The location and environment is exceptional... Should make a trip here for the experience, regardless of how picky one is with food. And... It's always a bonus to have a clean, roomy & well equipped bathroom. Will definitely book a stay next time round.

It was our first time at Le Chef and definitely this will now be part of our go to place in Baguio. We ordered steak and cake ala mode. Both are delicious. We asked for our steak to have it well done and it came out still tender and juicy.The ambiance is cozy, staff are nice and the place is clean. We had a splendid time bonding together with the better half and his fellow company executive for Thanksgiving dinner at Le Chef at The Manor, at Camp John Hay with the hotel’s flavorful Thanksgiving menu, of which we all savored its perfect blend of taste in each of the dish served plus their spectacular plating. The only downside we encountered while dining here was the lack of attention given by the staff to its guests. We always had to call out to follow up our orders. Took them a long time to serve the dishes. This needs to get improved or else they might encounter a guest who has no patience for this. Another note - make a table reservation before coming as they don’t entertain walk-in guests. In our case, however, my insistence worked since we were actually checked in at The Forest Lodge. Lucky for us, as a matter of fact. 🥰

The food takes time, but it is definitely worth the wait. The spicy shrimp was delicious and spicy! We also has the pork Binagoongang and tahong with oyster sauce. All the food was amazing..looking at the boodle fight coming out to other tables had me wishing we had a group of friends with us.Update: I came back with friends and had some boodle fight. It was amazing. As a bonus, they also had live music on this visit. I plan to come back again the next time I am in Baguio. Courteous staff welcomed us as we entered Sumosam. The meals came in generous servings and were delicious. The only problem is the restaurant’s interior. It needs to be revamped. The restaurant looked small because of too many tables and chairs and appeared dark because of busted lighted bulbs.

Went with a group of six for dinner at their Camp John Hay branch, Baguio City, and ordered different Ramen. We all agree that their noodles are quite fresh, soft and delicious. The broth was tasty and rich however, could have been served hotter. It was lukewarm. Price is a bit pricey but it goes with the place and ambience. The prawn tempura was also good with light batter, the gyoza however was a bit too fried for me. Overall, it was a good experience.

Maybe stick to what you know instead of offering pricey and inedible items on your menu. I ordered a 2 piece kebab and if Turks was open, I would have gotten better value for money, by miles. The meat was extremely dry and tasteless. The supposed roasted greenbell pepper was a burnt greenbell pepper SKIN. This is Baguio, for crying out loud! You should have at least gotten the vegetables right. But even that was inedible. Food is OK. Nothing very extraordinary though but can be a tiny bit pricy. Love the place though and staff are very accommodating.We had pesto, carbonara, 4-cheese pizza, omelet, apple pie.

Ordered takeout food, pasta and pizza. We also had coffee while waiting for it. All were okay. . .affordable. We went to the Camp John Hay branch, space is limited specially during holiday rush. Parking is not a concern.A good spot if you also want to check spots located in john hay. Overall, food/coffee is okay, location of the branch is perfect for tourists.

Sad that most of their food lacks taste. Fish and chips is really weird. I've been to Camp John Hay many times and normally we eat here and it's just sad how the taste of the food here have degraded. Especially this is not first time that I had a bad experience.

Food is typical. The ambiance and service are beyond expectations. We came from Pampanga, where many Korean restaurants were located, especially in Korean towns, Angeles City. The taste, customer service, and ambiance are comparable to Korean restaurants in Pampanga. Price is a little bit high.

My first time here and we have driven by it many times. We will defiantly be coming back! Love all the meats and side dishes! Staff is very friendly. Lots of yummy sides dishes and the meats are good. Great deal for the price.

Excellent Korean BBQ - great value for prices.Have had Korean food around the globe including in Korea. Banchan choices smal,l but tasty. Meat quality (Beef & Chicken) was great.So happy the offered bean paste, sticky rice and romaine lettuce leaves so you can make a traditional Korean wrap (sushi like wrap).You can also judge how go a restaurant is based on how full or busy parking lot is.

Friendly staff and owner. They are very accommodating. The restaurant accepts credit card. A lot of food and side dishes to choose from.The place is very old. Cr needs a brighter light. The food was just okay nothing special. There were no names/tags on the food items. You kind of have to guess them. Self serving restaurant. I have to stand up and get water a lot because they provide these small 8oz - 10oz paper cup. You have to pay 100 pesos for 100g of cheese.

For P499 per head, I think it is reasonable. You need to have an empty stomach before you go here to get your money's worth, lol.Place is amazing. They have an al fresco dining as well. Great service too!Plus, you can take a picture wearing traditional Korean costumes, with no fee!!!Recommended!!

Unlimited Korean BBQ with a lot of different side dishes, soup, sauces and meats. Very good quality food and the side dishes were delicious. They had a pretty large meat selection as well. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for family and friends. They have parking up the driveway and also outdoor seating.

Food was ok. Waffles were a bit dry. The baboy damo tapa was excellent. Smoky flavor. Longganisa was good. Servings were on the small side though. Coffee was good but was served in a small cup. Bitin. Place was a bit hot even in the morning.

went there for breakfast and the food was good. we ordered the platter good for 4 pax. came with the dishes in the picture attached in this review + a spanish style fish (?) which is also delicious. service is great! perhaps the only downside is the addtl service charge is a bit high (+10%)? overall it was a pleasant experience.

May 2023: The menu is limited to breakfast/brunch. I ordered fried chicken with waffles and Cheesecake Flan. The fried chicken is very bland. The waffles are dry and gritty. But the Cheesecake Flan is delicious. The food is so much better at the main branch. This branch has a small dining area. They should put candle votives on the tables to keep the flies away.

While the Pinoy Breakfast was a so-so, the waffles were terrible and doesn’t really taste that good compared to Vizco’s or Volante’s. Good thing the lady staff who served us was really nice and friendly.

📌 Hill Station Bistro⭐️ 3 / 5🚨 Located inside the CJH compound, this small resto in a mini version of their mother branch, Hill Station. Service is so-so, very minimal compared to the excellent service of their main branch. Their food is okay. I like the pork belly with red rice. Very filling.💰Beef burger 255php, Grilled cheese 220php, Pork Belly 480php, Death by choco 130, Bottled water 50php / Total = 1529.00 with service charge🐶 We were seated outside bec we have a dog with us. We asked for a fan bec it was so hot at noon, but they said they don’t have any 🥵🚗 Ample parking but could get quite full during peak season / rush hour.

This was an okay restaurant experience. We ordered the fresh mushroom soup, the beef and shiitake mushroom pasta, chicken inasal, and lemonade. The soup was so good. Highly recommend that! The pasta and the chicken inasal though we're quite basic. Nothing very special about them. We also ordered the banoffee pie and the cheesecake flan. The desserts were pretty tasty. Overall I think it was pretty expensive for what we got but food is definitely okay.

Good food, good price, good service. We had Spicy Chorizo Aligue Pasta, BLT Sandwich, Sausage Sauerkraut, and were all delicious. I can keep coming back to try everything in their menu. Hope they can open earlier than 11AM and start serving breakfast. Location is at the back of Starbucks.

Definitely a 5/5!!! their food is so gooood, i went there on Friday to have my dinner and went back the day after to eat there again! it was really that good for me. Although I'm already full, i still managed to finish my orders because their dishes are superb and you'll never get bored eating it. Really loved their bolognese and slow roast beef 👍👍will definitely go back 💖

Good place to grab food at the entrance gate of Camp John Hay. The food was good - and I'd like to think healthy as their rice was red rice. Not a very pricey place, but not cheap either. Their Spicy Chorizo Poblano and Vigan Longanisa was the food highlight of our meal. Both are avaiblr frozen - and we'll make sure to bring some home!

Well, it's Army Navy - you'll get what you expect. The only differentiator of this branch is that it's located inside Camp John Hay in Baguio.Parking (shared with other establishments) is plentiful. Restrooms are clean. General area of the restaurant is clean. Conveniently near a Starbucks and a 7-11.

The ordering process was inconvenient as the cashier's voice was hard to hear through the glass. She had to repeat my order 3x to get it right, some of the items on the menu weren't available. The burrito was ok but had too much rice in it. The ambience was untidy. The tables could be cleaner.

Nice place and good food. The burgers are really good and also the chicken and tacos. They serve breakfast all day and have a pretty large variety of American style burgers and wings and also a pretty large Mexican selection which includes tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. Everything we had was tasty and we will definitely go back. The milk teas and the ice teas were also good portions and the price was good.

The place was spacious enough for a group. It is also family friendly. It allows natural because of the big windows. Tho it is hot inside at noon. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. The starving sailor is enough for a hungry person. Most especially after having to bike a long way. The drink is also good for the price. The 940 ML milk tea is worth it for a thirsty person. Overall it’s a nice place to chill and have snacks.

The meal sizes are a little bit bigger compared to the other branch in Session road.The comfort room do needs a little improvement, no toilet paper available and no soap too (which is a must especially that the meals being served are finger food)Plastic spoon and fork are available but not automatically given. You need to ask for it, and also the sauce.
