Terrible management and disorganized, showed no empathy for our request. We arrived early for my daughter's birthday, she wanted to bring her small dog. Our waiter John allowed us to bring the pet initially, he was very kind to us, but other waitresess complained and asked us to leave. We left, the place. I'm disabled, have a hard time walking, so I was happy to find a place that accomodated us at that time. Too bad, the restaurant lost our party of 4 plus a big tip I was going to leave for accommodating my daughter's pet.

One of my go-to restaurants at Ayala Center.They have exceptional fast service and they always maintain the delicious quality of their dishes. My most favourite is their SNO Halo-Halo Dessert — an extreme delight to the taste buds!The interior space is also quite clean and spacious. They have bench settings to proper dining tables and chairs. Staff are also very polite and helpful. However, due to its big demand, long queues are frequent and you have to wait for you turn to come in. But I would it’s still worth the wait…

I wanted to order the Buttered Chicken Speical which is advertised in front of restaurant but it is no longer offered but they still have the ad in front of restaurant. Go figure...Beef with brocoli was very good. The quail egg soup was fine but only had 4 eggs lol. But everything else was bad. The shrimp wonton and the tofu tasted like old grease cuz it was cooked in old oil. If I ever go back, will only order non fried dishes.

They serve really great food, although the items are notably pricey in general (not to mention for such a small portion). We have tried the following, which were all flavorful and not overwhelming:•Truffle Chicken and Mushroom pasta - The truffle flavor was subtle yet still evident as it balanced well with the rest of the ingredients. The al dente fettuccine wrapped up all the flavors in one delectable bite.•Chicken Italianni’s [sauteed chicken] - Overall, the dish was fresh, light, and rich. The chicken, vegetables, and sausages were adequately seasoned and cooked until tender, leading to a pleasant dining experience.•Toasted Ravioli Cheese – This is honestly one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The toasted ravioli pasta was uniquely crispy yet soft at the center, while the ricotta filling and cream sauce were so fresh and decadent. The overall taste was so good that it made up for my disappointment in its small serving size and high price.Additionally, the staff were really polite and accommodating as well. On the other hand, the place is quite small and, thus, can get a bit cramped. Nevertheless, the restaurant has a relaxing and elegant ambience that is ideal for both casual and intimate dining.

I didn't expect much but I was satisfied with their Ebi Tempura. I guess it's one of the dishes that they got to perfect through the years. But, everything else that I ordered was so-so. Also, the salmon sashimi kind of tasted like it was thawed in the microwave for too long that some parts got cooked. Nonetheless, I knew that that's what I get for the price that I will be paying. I still think that it's worth giving another chance.However, the highlight of my visit was their waitress who seemed like she could not be bothered. She was so unapproachable. At one point, I wanted to order another item so I raised my hand. She was entertaining one of the two other occupied tables and then, when she saw me, she just looked at me blankly and went straight to their POS (which was just next to our table) and punched the other table's orders first before allowing us to order. Like, could not she just have told me "wait lang, ma'am ha, I'll get back to you." or something? Maybe, just maybe, the service industry isn't for her.

Does not taste Japanese food at all. The ramen tastes like beef mami, the noodles aren't good.The maki isn't even close to the picture in the menu. I have to ask 3 times if that was my order. Their prices is the same as the authentic Japanese restaurant. I was just eating to fill my stomach. It was truly disappointing. 😕

Actually, we really wanted to eat Japanese with sushi. What we found was a Japanese restaurant that has seen its better days. The facility promised more than was kept. The bulky meals were prepared at one station from five stations. The offer of sushi was only sashimi from salmon and tuna, but this was shown more extensively on the menu. The only thing Japanese here is the prices. Unacceptable and not recommended.

They probably have better days; we may have happened to dine during their bad ones. The staff couldn't be bothered to come over so we could put in our order (he was a meter away, on his phone; same situation when we tried getting our bill). Food was okay. My beef ramen could have been better if they had provided a renge or soup spoon but the staff i had asked from only gave me a stainless spoon. Oh and headsup, paper straws make coke fizzle like crazy so maybe offer your guests drinking cups/ glasses 😅

This restaurant was recommended by hotel staff as one of the best places for lechon belly in Cebu City. The restaurant is in the mall, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The food wasn't terribly bad, but it's only what you might expect from a mall's food court. Also, the portion served was on the smaller side and didn't quite line up with the price.

Had the lechon. Delicious, but half was bones and fat.Wanted more meat, so opted for the 1/4 kg boneless belly. Much more meat, but it was so salty I could barely eat it with a Coke to follow every bite.Overall, disappointing. Shame, as the flavor of the first was so good.

Easily the best lechon I've ever had!! While on vacation in the Philippines we specifically took a side trip to Cebu just for the lechon.Service was outstanding. Prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the spicy lechon and chop suey along with some extra rice.We arrived a little after they opened and we lucked out that it wasn't crowded.CnT is worth a visit no matter what part of the Philippines you're visiting.

Everyone was friendly and nice, but I had to wait for ages someone to come and serve me. I just felt like everyone ignored me. I was told: nobody will come, unless you call him/her… okay, I guess here are different standards. Then I received a service water in broken glass, almost cut my lips. Then “freshly brewed” tea, was just a cheap super sweetened powder tea. Okay whatever.Burger and salad were just okay.This franchise store of TGIF needs audit and training ASAP because it doesn’t meet worldwide standards at all.My evening was ruined.

The ice was overloaded and tasted like water.You have to call the attentions of the stuff when you order, not attentive enough.They accept cash and cards here.They have toilet inside and designated smoking area for the guests who want to enjoy their meal and at the same time they can smoke.Overall it's okay.

Well the Fridays in Ayala is lucky to have a nice bar where you can smoke (not so good) and where many foreigners like to come for meeting and drinks! And they have an attractive Happy Hour! The service people is nice and not much to complain! But this week it nearly hit me off the bar chair! They did increase the prices of the cocktails! But not like 10, 20 or 50 pesos….no… for over 100 pesos and more which makes an inflationary hike of over 50%!!! What is the reason for that? Inflation is presently down in the country! You want us your trusty customers punish??? The hike comes by the way from Manila!!! We foreigners should in fact not come anymore to your bar; I will reduce drastically my drinking in your place! It is shameful!

We came here and we’re greeted by a very friendly staff member and shown to a table. We then ordered a drink during their happy hour times each, while we decided on food… 45 minutes late, we had finished our drink and despite trying to order food and call over staff, no one bothered to take our order. In the end I went to the bar in the smoking area to ask if we could just pay for our drinks and go because it had taken too long. They then brought out more drinks instead of a bill which I refused. I again asked for a bill. Ten minutes later the bill finally showed up, but the happy hour discount was not included. We spent an hour in the restaurant and not once did we receive service. We were really looking forward to it as it was a treat, and we frequent TGIs at home in England but we’re currently backpacking so we often don’t splash out as much on meals, but it turned into such a disappointment. Out of 10+ TGI restaurants I’ve been too, this one was the only one that left me dissatisfied. Worse again, they weren’t busy and had plenty of staff. Avoid this place if you want good service and a timely meal.

I'm a US citizen, TGI Fridays is not special for me but this location in Ayala called my attention because of their excellent 4.6 rating.We just visited today amd everything was just perfect (much better than any US location).Food was very good, swrvive from Niña was outstanding and food was, served very fast.I ordered a classic burger with blue cheese, was amazing, I ordered an onion soup, also outstanding amd the ceasar sañad was also ok.Definitely a very good restaurant to vosit at Ayala Shopping center in Cebu city.

Excellent Service from Mae and Tina. The food arrived fast and hot. The iced tea here is bottomless. Its nice about this location. The location opens at 11am. Located near the terraces and center of the mall. This location is very clean also like Robinsons Galleria. I will visit again soon.

My mother and I ordered a Capricciosa Pizza, a Spaghetti Bolognese, a Panna Cotta for dessert, and a pineapple shake for my drink. This is LEGIT Italian food, but the panna cotta could've been more authentic without the mango bits. All of these tasted delicious. The pizza was airy, cheesy and had a generous amount of toppings. The Bolognese tasted so rich and meaty, and the Panna Cotta was very creamy. However, I suggest that maybe they add more items to the dessert menu because there were only four choices. But the staff were very friendly. One of them also came by to ask how was our food, how nice of him! Rather pricey, but worth it.

Abaca Restaurants are usually consistent, with a high level of great service for its guests and terrific food. This concept is the same. A variety of pasta dishes, portions for sharing, portions for one person, different types of pasta to match with different sauces, and a nice assortment of pizzas. The view is wonderful at night, and the whole restaurant has a manageable noise level. Worth a visit.

Quiet and over priced. Atmosphere is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Pizza is good. Crust could be a little thicker. Did not finish broccoli because way too spicy. Over kill with chili peppers and lime. Could not taste the broccoli at all. Creme brulee was so so. Stay away from wine sold by the glass and the Italian soda. Not very good.

Lunch with a view. Ambience is okay. Menus are expectedly pricey $$$. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. We ordered Caesars Salad, Prosciutto pizza and chicken parmesan. Plus one bottled water and 2 cans of soda. We paid 2900 php for 2 people. But the food and service was worth it. I originally asked for their pork chop with chilled potato salad. Pork chop NOT available. Pork chop? Thus the 4 star. Will recommend.

The food is really good and served fresh. This translates to some amount of wait when dining here, some patience is required. The place is crowded on peak hours as expected, this goes without saying that noise levels are also up. If you're looking for a quiet and quick bite, you may need to look elsewhere.All in all, this is a much recommended place for good food!

Short staffed=bad service. Waiting time 1hr. Who wants to eat after an hour of ordering? They try to make the most of the space so table spacing is tight. They should lessen the tables to compensate their short staffing. Food is fair. Quantity of serving is small. Prices are high. Basically not happy. Ambiance is also not that family friendly. They have only a 1 baby stool/high chair.

Nice resto for semi fine dining dinner and dates. Well lighted. Filipino cuisine focused and mostly Luzon based dishes. Not so much Cebuano food which i half expected being in the center of Cebu City. Attentive staff.

They were very short staffed but we are still post-covid. The restaurant was not well air-conditioned since I'm not use to the heat here during May. I do recommend the High-tea! It was well presented and great to enjoy with a group.

It is okay. I only ate the bulalo steak and it is quite bland for my taste. Won't order that again.The others are just okay. But there are a lot of people here so maybe this is just not my type of food. Also we went here because of their lechon but at this specific branch they are not serving it. Despite the many positive reviews, our experience at this restaurant did not match the expectations of the majority of the 200+ reviewers. We tried the pancakes but found them to be below average, if not outright bad. As a result, we left them mostly untouched and cannot recommend this establishment. However, it should be noted that the staff was very kind, which is why we gave it 2 stars.

For me, this place serves a lot of comfort food. The type of food that makes you happy. Among my favorites here are the tacos, spaghetti, and pan chicken. The pancakes and waffles are phenomenal and perfect for the Pinoy palate. I always love to tag along my parents in law here on a Sunday morning. It's surely is one of my preferred all day breakfast places.

I haven’t been here since two years ago because that was when they first started to change their pricing, sadly the food tasted differently.I decided to come back today because I really crave their pancakes.Hands down their pancakes are the best. I ordered the Banana Macadamia and still they never fail.Surprisingly, their food tasted so great once again. We ordered the Asian Salad, and Tuna SandwichThe place has been renovated this time though it is more spacious.And though is it just a bit more expensive, they have redeemed themselves. After all they are Pancake House. Keep it up guys!

Visited the Pancake House today with my Husband - the menu looked decent and as soon as I seen Red Velvet pancakes I had to try.. They do quite a few different things, chicken, tacos, banna splits etc and after having the pancakes today I'll definitely be back! My husband had a chocolate waffle - he really enjoyed that, it was served with cream and peanut butter. My pancakes looked and tasted amazing - check out the picture! The staff were super friendly and nice - even if the service was a little slow - I think that seems to be the way around here though so it's just the norm. Not terrible - just not what I'm used to is all. Oh and at £8 for pancakes, waffle, coffee and coke you can't really complain!

First time here, and we were very impressed with everything. Great service and lovely staff who make it a very friendly place to eat. I had steak veg and mashed potatoes with gravey very nice. My partner enjoyed her food, which was spicy chicken and rice. We shared a Death by Chocolate ice cream again. It was very nice. We had a great rapport with the waiter he was great, very funny.

I love ribs and this is one place you can get one. I've visited some of their branches but this one is by far would have my lowest rating. The ribs served to us wasn't fresh meat. You can distinguish by the smell and taste.

It's good restaurants Bistro style and confortable.I been there After 6:30 pm and After Book the meal the restaurant came to me 2 or 3 Times to make some arrangement because they don't have all the ingrédients necessary to make Our plates as in The menu 🤔I accepted for those minor change but they don't even offer me a coffee or extra french Fries when i asked (my plate was serve with Fries that can be handled in one of my hand 🫣You guy's should Always think customers first !Spécialy when you Can't provide the menuHave nice continuation

We used to go here if we wanted to eat the food from Casa Verde, my hubby really love here , its mostly look like American food but the price is reasonable. Sometimes we do take out only bcoz my hubby want a food fresh from cook...i will rate 5 stars..food are great, yummy and delicious..

After some time waiting outside in front of the restaurant, someone come to ask you how many people you are.There are many people that wants to eat inside this restaurant. It is understandable as the prices are not very high & the quality is okay.I took the Regular ribs.It cames with so few french fries that I could have count it on my hand's fingers.As well as the corn, could have eat it in 2 spoon scoops.The ribs were good but the sauce is soooo sweet, which makes it hard to finish for me.I would come back cause the prices are okay & the service is fast but it is definitively not the place I would eat everyday.

Food still yummy over the years, we keep coming back for that yummy ribs. There is a usual waiting time here, so you need to plan out accordingly. They could maximize more space though, but overall, food is good. Service just okay.

The restaurant is famous for their baby back ribs but we mostly ordered the pork steak when eating here. They serve large, thick cuts of pork with a good portion of fat in it. They grilled it to perfection that the meat stays moist and juicy.The beef tenderloin tips with eggs is their version of tapsilog. Beef is soft and easy to chew. You can distinguish the strong pepper taste which I like. For the serving size, in my opinion it’s a bit expensive. I think ₱180 is fair instead of ₱230.

The food is really good and served fresh. This translates to some amount of wait when dining here, some patience is required. The place is crowded on peak hours as expected, this goes without saying that noise levels are also up. If you're looking for a quiet and quick bite, you may need to look elsewhere.All in all, this is a much recommended place for good food!

Short staffed=bad service. Waiting time 1hr. Who wants to eat after an hour of ordering? They try to make the most of the space so table spacing is tight. They should lessen the tables to compensate their short staffing. Food is fair. Quantity of serving is small. Prices are high. Basically not happy. Ambiance is also not that family friendly. They have only a 1 baby stool/high chair.

Nice resto for semi fine dining dinner and dates. Well lighted. Filipino cuisine focused and mostly Luzon based dishes. Not so much Cebuano food which i half expected being in the center of Cebu City. Attentive staff.

They were very short staffed but we are still post-covid. The restaurant was not well air-conditioned since I'm not use to the heat here during May. I do recommend the High-tea! It was well presented and great to enjoy with a group.

It is okay. I only ate the bulalo steak and it is quite bland for my taste. Won't order that again.The others are just okay. But there are a lot of people here so maybe this is just not my type of food. Also we went here because of their lechon but at this specific branch they are not serving it. You should go to the other cafe laguna as there are 2 located in this mall.Friendly staff - the server even gave us complimentary tea. Thank you.Quick serviceOkay food.Price is around p300 per head

When in Cebu, I never fail to dine here. My favorite has always been their Spicy Chorizo Fried Rice but today I ordered Herb Marinated Half Chicken and it was really good! I also love their Mango Banana Blueberry smoothie!

Food: it was perfect. I've been craving smoked salmon on a bagel. Craving satisfied.Service: There is still room for improvement. They are quick to cater to their customers, but in doing so, the floor is too busy of them walking around.Atmosphere: The place is superb. The view outside is pretty. I guess it's the noise surrounding the restaurant. It can't be helped.

Relaxing, comfy couch and happens to be at overlooking side.Food is costly for an ordinary peeps like us but still we enjoyed the salad and the waffles🙂 It was a great experience digging in some food with you.

The breakfast dishes are ok but expensive for the Philippines. Almost USA prices. Hard to mess up breakfast and it was ok. Nothing special. Restaurant is clean and staff are friendly. Only issue I had was my meal came out when my girlfriend was almost done with hers. Large brewed coffee was fine. Wish they had half and half or creamer instead of milk.

One of the best burgers. The burger was a pleasant surprise! Far better than most of the burgers in the U.S. I didn’t give five stars because the fries were brown probably because they added lots of spices when frying them. I would have liked them just simple fries. Still, the burger made my day.

There's never enough seats as it's always full, but for good reason. The food, pastries, bread, and coffee are always excellent. There's enough variety in the food and it's always a pleasure to visit, sip a coffee, and just lounge or relax.

I never understood why so many people come by here but now I get it. The coffee is perfectly warm and not boiling hot. The food is pricey but you are so full after it. The breakfast skillet was 550 I think but I had to share it because one person cannot finish it. The burger was also 500 and up but it was really juicy and flavorful. The fries was super crispy and flavorful which I love. Will definitely be coming over more when I visit. Also the staff is very friendly and attentive. Very nice welcoming when you enter the cafe

Abaca is quite a popular place for its pastries and meals in Cebu City. Food is good, although not all meals are consistently excellent, their baked goods have always been really good. Prices are relatively higher, probably proportional to its large servings. I had the winner winner chicken dinner and I felt too full after. I'd rather have a reasonably sized meal for a reasonable price as well. The real lemonade juice was unbelievably sour despite adding some syrup which we requested. Customer service is excellent but they can be busy and delayed at times. Nonetheless, it's still well recommended.

Perfect brunch at Abaca in Ayala. I hadn’t had a biscuit with sausage gravy in ages and this hit the spot! The portion was large and filling. The staff was friendly and were even nice enough to swap out the home fries for a salad. The late was delicious as was their fresh lemonade (not pictured). Overall a really solid dining experience - we will be back!
