Bought a tablet here recently. They said that the tablet's RAM can be extended (from 4gb to 8gb) but no, it's not possible. It will always be the trashy 4gb. They also said that the tablet is in perfect condition yet when checked in the settings, the maximum battery level is at 88%. The employees here are great in FALSE marketing. DON'T BUY HERE. Go somewhere else. If only I could give this shop a zero star, I would.

The supervisor wasted my time and gas...big time, he told me to go back to finish up some paperworks, then he told me to go back the next day. I went to the store infront of it...got a phone in 15 mins.

They are very good here. They work at very fast at addressing your problems and offering resolutions but they only repair Mostly locally sold items. They told me to ship my tablet to the states for repair. Also minimal parking.

Worst experience from the store. They provided a quote for a trade in to get a new phone. They said come back on another date to get it done. We came back, they no longer honored the trade in that was quoted 2 days ago. Made us wait for an hour to ask some other peer if it is ok. Ended up not making any deal. Don't ask for customers to come back if you don't honor your own deal
