5 star experience. Highly recommended that you go to this specific store/dealer. I'm so glad we visited Vertis North after our not so satisfactory experience at Samsung SM North Annex.My husband and I wanted to trade in our old phones for newer models. Sales staff were very polite and accommodating to our queries; they were very knowledgeable and provided valid recommendations (without being too pushy to get sales). They properly assessed our old phones and got a good/honest tradein value; this is very important, since the previous store we visited noted damages which were not even there.We were also lucky to have availed of the dealer's anniversary promo on top of the current Samsung promos available for the month.The new phones we got were opened and tested right in front of us. The staff demonstrated the key features of each phone. They went above and beyond to assist me with the switch/transfer of my files/data to my new phone, despite having issues accessing my Samsung account. Galing!When they didn't have the stock of the tempered glass for S23U, they called the neighboring store at Trinoma to come to Vertis North to provide and install the glass. Not so many foot traffic which is convenient when you have to choose and buy an expensive gadget. You have plenty of time to decide and the staff are very nice. Not like the samsung stores @sm fairview and rob magnolia HAHAHA

Pre-ordered my new phone and selected this branch for pickup. I received a call from them saying my order had arrived. Upon reaching the store, I was attended to immediately. The sales people carefully unboxed my phone and made sure to inspect for any damages. They also offered to assist in moving my profile - to which I declined as Samsung Smart Switch makes that process and transition extremely easy. Overall, good store. Attentive staff. Good service.

Offered us a warranty and insurance saying that we can contact them through this number and this site if we ever needed them so i was satisfied with the convinient service and so we paid for it, the time comes when we needed to fix my phone we called over and over and no one answered. Tried to use their pick up service because i can't really go out and other options in their sites but still nothing happened so we decided to finally go to their store ourselves and when we asked them about the repair of my phone they said they can't fix it and we have to go all the way to sm north. What a waste of time and money they didn't even inform us that they can't fix it at their own store, what kind of proper management wouldn't inform their customers that if they ever want to directly fix their phone their phone they would have to go to another store because they're management is utterly terrible

The employees don't know their products. They research on the spot via google so that they can confirm my questions. They kept on saying DEX was available for S6 Lite tablet, which I said it does not. I even watched a video while on the store just to reconfirm. Annoying experience... just shows you can't trust employees. They just want to say yes to your questions so you'd buy. Just churns my stomach, made my day so bad.

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PHONES in the Philippines. I bought one for my fiancée. It has the worst microphone quality I’ve ever heard. We took it in to get fixed or replaced, and they then lied to us many times. Then, after a long time pretending to try to fix it (3 hours wait, 3 hours pretending) they basically told us that all A34 models sound that terrible. They basically said their own phones are garbage that customers are foolish to buy. I wish I had never bought a Samsung, and I now hate that company.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Nothing less than 1 star, too bad!!! I've been waiting, because I really wanted to buy a new phone at the Samsung store, that's on me. But after I waited, I told the sales guy three times that I wanted the 6GB A12, he repeated it and I repeated it to the cashier, he made a mistake in the charge on my cc, he still entered the price of 4GB. Then, it's still my fault. Even before that, I was asking if he could arrange a one-time payment as my mode of payment, he insisted that I pay for another 3 months to 24 months. I really want it, only one-time pay!!! If we didn't have face masks, I would have confirmed that our cashier shut me up, which you shouldn't do, I am a paying customer after all.They were closing and I must have been their last customer or something to the last, I wasn't even being a hard customer. I was so polite, I was just waiting, and in asking them all the way. That day (Sunday, 01 August) I was able to buy in a Samsung store, which was how I liked it, but with that, I went home crying with anger and I was very stressed and I really felt bad with those Samsung employees. I hope I will buy from another store! I regret so much that the commission of my purchase went to him!!!! It's a shame I just ran away from them!!!!Also some years ago, my mother was IMPOLITELY treated in this store as well. It was only a year or a few months after Mama went out and bought a Samsung S9+ (at another store, Samsung SM Tungko), but she was here and asked for a casing for her phone. Did a staff at this Samsung store say: "That unit is phased out!", then she left us!!!! Rude! That was S9+, dude!!!! After a week or so, we were able to buy her some cases from SM Tungko.I took time writing this because this is how much disappointment and neglected I felt. Terrible. I was under a lot of stress especially when I bought a phone!!! I LOVE YOU SAMSUNG, but I hope these people can be re-trained for proper customer service. Again, I acknowledge that it was closing time at the time of our purchase, but do I have to feel this way? Shouldn't it?WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU BUYING SAMSUNG STUFF HERE?! NO!!!!!! Go to other Samsung stores in other malls or go to other phone stores in Cyberzone here, there are many other sales persons who will be happy to assist you even if it's late. Bought a tempered glass for 1800+Bubbles everyday. Tried to bring back to store but suggested for me to manually remove it. After 1 week it cracked. NO REFUND! Total waste of money. Inconsiderate.
