Exactly the same experience as Mr. Mark Taylor. It's an official Samsung outlet. They do not have original Samsung accessories but instead sell non - Samsung or no - name brand accessories. .....in an official Samsung outlet??????????

Generally I never ever write bad reviews for places but I had such a bad experience I'll share. I did end up spending 8k pesos but I wish I had not. Three staff members there and not even one of them ever smiled. I felt like I was really bothering them just by asking for assistance. I noticed they were just as dry and unhelpful with other customers. On top of that, they don't even have Samsung accessories for the products they are selling. They wanted to go to the pirated store next door and by a case for the tablet I purchased. I went outside and looked at the sign again to make sure I was in the SAMSUNG store and they assured me that I was. Samsung is known for good customer service and high quality, original accessories. I found neither at this store. The franchisee/owner should probably spend more time at his store. I regretted spending money there after I did it and they did not seem to appreciate my or anyone else's presence or business there at their store. I'm sure if Samsung corporate had sent a secret shopper in and had gotten the same experience that I encountered they would be penalizing or possibly closing this franchise ASAP...

My overall purchase experience in this branch was not good. Their people should be trained on about "customer service". I feel that they are just there to receive a paycheck and they are not eager to help their customers. I pre ordered a Samsung phone (S10+) but their Security Bank Card terminal is not working and I have no choice but to use a different card since my reservation fee will be forfeited if I decided not to get it that day. I called the bank and they said that there is nothing wrong with my card. I still have more than enough credit card limit to purchase the phone but they are not offering any solutions. I'll definitely buy my next phone on other Samsung stores
