My recent encounter with the Samsung Experience Center in Ayala has left me deeply disappointed in both their standards and pricing. As a customer who invested a significant amount in their products for the past few years I expected a superior level of service that, unfortunately, was sorely lacking.Firstly, the staff at the counter failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care. Their dismissive attitude and lack of PR skills were disheartening, leaving me questioning the integrity of their customer service training. When customers invest in premium products, they deserve nothing less than attentive and respectful treatment.Moreover, the high prices of Samsung phones further compounded my disappointment. When paying a premium for a device, it is reasonable to expect a corresponding level of quality and service. However, my experience at the Samsung Experience Center in Ayala did not align with the premium price tags attached to their products.

They forgot to return my phone when I did not want to fix it, they charge almost as much as a new Galaxy phone to fix a Note 10 Galaxy. and you don't know the quality of workmanship. They never answer their phone either.

bought my samsung s10+ plus from this store last march 2019.went back today to complain about my screen missing about 2mm at the chin. misled me in signing a form that says my unit is out of warranty because of a tiny dent below the power button which is FAR AWAY from the area of the screen im complaining and which i didnt notice btw before i handed my phone to them for inspection by their technician who did not inspect it in front of me. worst customer service. dont buy from this store or ull get scammed. you've been warned. Dont buy samsung s10 plus as well!

The first time we went here to buy, the workers were very accommodating and nice. We came back a few months later to ask for a copy of the receipt for warranty purposes and they made US sift through receipts. Dont come here expecting any good service after you pay for your electronics.

the store did not give me the discount which was stated in the website. The samsung tab A7 lite I bought was over priced 9,450. Also the receipt they provided is not SAMSUNG but instead it's BANANA TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. I was deceived thinking this is a legit samsung store.

Rude staff. Especially the pregnant lady who looks like she doesn't want to work there. I was inquiring for a phone and she answered my questions gruffly, like she was irritated that I interrupted whatever she was doing with her phone. The store was pretty deserted that time so it was not like she was banged up with work.I will just take my business elsewhere where I will be treated as a customer, not a nuisance.

Beware of this store! The staff are somehow suspicious! They opened my Tab S7 without letting me see, if it has been sealed. My bad because I forgot that protocol. But as staff of the store they should be cautious. If you plan to buy here, be extra cautious. The staff here are really on to something.
