Parts take too long to order, I ask if they can fix my realme pad however they mentioned that they don't have any parts replacement for it and was advised that they will contact me once It became available. It took more than a month and no notification or update was provided and I needed to call them to find out that they already have one ordered. Repairs also takes too long which is 2-3hrs. Poor customer service

One of the worst service center. Cant even call you for update even if they say to you that they will call you back. Its easy for them to disregard other peoples time. Dont buy their items, you will regret it very soon

Had a bad experience with this store back in 2015. The new phone I bought from them suddenly vibrated nonstop for no reason, despite turning it off and on. It hadn't been 24 hours since I bought it. When I returned to the store, they said they'll repair it, but I said I don't need it repaired, it needs to be exchanged with a new working unit. Since that particular model was always getting sold out and delivery was indefinite, I had to wait three weeks, with no follow up call from them. Finally, I told them I'll just take my money back. They balked and said I can only have it exchanged for a different item or wait some more until my phone model becomes available. That was the last straw for me. I told them DTI expressly states that the customer has the prerogative to have the item exchanged or returned for a refund. They complied.End of sob story. Bottomline is, Memoxpress lacks real aftersales customer service. I also heard rumors that some of their phones are refurbished, which are then tinkered with by their service center and then passed off as brand new.
