Was looking for a specific dog food brand and was happy to find stock at this store, as have been to 6 pet stores already and apparently they all have run out of stock. This is like a "grocery" as you can go around with pushcarts with your pet to shop and choose from their wide array of supplies from pet food to accessories, not just for our dogs and cats, even bunnies, hamsters etc and they actually have a dedicated section for live fish aka the "fish room".! Place has ac. They also offer pet grooming and veterinary services. Plus a Make and Bake corner for furbabies! Will check next time. Quarantine protocols in place. Good wheelchair access and for persons with disabilities PWD. PS Bone07:22 09/21/21The carry aside from the more popular brands carry a decent, lower end selections, different brands, like Rogz, but some can be on the pricey side. They have an in store Vet, a grooming center which we've tried and is ok. They stock fish and aquariums, so this is their edge over other pet stores. One of the cons that hasn't improved, most of the sales staff have poor knowledge of their stock, always having to ask others what's what. They don't have much of a customer service attitude either, not asking if you need a basket, or a cart, or even a welcoming manner like staff in Pet Express or the best, Bow&Wow where they know you personally. Call them indifferent, which is off putting to say the least. I consider this a place to bring my furkids to that's it. But not somewhere I would go to to find what I want.The worst is their location in the mall, it's outside and your only access from inside is a very long walk to the mall exit, or get the car to drop you off. Good thing you can pass through Santi's which is right beside them, but if you bring a pet, you can't. Store is also dark and claustrophobic, black and red does not make a welcoming atmosphere. All in all not one of the better pet stores around. I appreciate it's there as an alternative to the pricey Bow&Wow, but end of the day, that is where I still prefer to go.Hope your reading this Pet Lovers Center, much improvement can still be done.
