Also, my brother-in-law showed them my dog’s picture fresh from her last grooming session (from another pet shop). Her coat has always been very well maintained! Her coat was not even matted! But for some unknown reason, the groomer did not listen to my instructions. My dog was also hurt. She came back with a wound and a lot of redness. She was also shivering because they shaved her coat off.UPDATE: They have hidden the reviews on their Facebook page. On the now-hidden reviews, they had a client that had a worse experience. Her furbaby looked very traumatized, just like ours is. They have also blocked me from commenting on their posts. Lastly, our bad feedbacks have been deleted from their posts’ comment section. I wouldn’t trust a business who can’t accept the fact that they did a very bad job, that a sloppy attempt at an apology in the form of a refund wouldn’t even begin to cover it.
