Upon notifying the staff of your interest in seeing the vet, the staff will assign a number and will place a chair for you outside. But I must say you have to plead with them. So it's a case by case situation it's not standard practice. Which should be because people bringing their pets are there to see the vet and NOT because they have alot of time standing around. Anyway, I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars just because when I was there, I was provided a place to sit. After we got there ( around 7:45-7:50pm) they said no one's available to groom our fur babies but we told them that we already CALLED and they confirmed through phone call. After a talked they decided to accommodate us, but we don't know what happened that it took 4 HOURS for them to finished, imagine 8pm-12am. Never again so we don't recommend this grooming salon. One cat was so stressed and was hyperventilating so bad, but no staff assisted. This is part irresponsible pet ownership and part irresponsible merchant as they offer pet boarding but the store isn't capable of providing comfort to the pets.
