Angel13:15 03/30/23been a return customer for a while. but today, i got my heart broken because my pets seem to have been injured. i feel really bad and responsible for what happened to them because i brought them to this place.at first, they told me that the haircut that i want could be done, seconds later when i left, they contacted me that they could only do a “specific cut” due to some circumstances. i trusted them because as i said, i have been a repeat customer. (right now, i’m kind of thinking that they made a mistake and just made it look like that as a cover up)when i went back to get my pets, pet 1 looks terrible, far from the haircut that they told me they would do. nails bleeding, with a wound that was never there when i left her. they even told me that she already had that wound even before i could try to inspect it. pet 2’s haircut looks good, but she had cuts on her breasts, which really alarmed me because she might get infection.i used to really like it here. but now, i don’t want to come back. the staff are deceiving (or idk maybe i’m just emotional for what my pets have gone through). my pets are in pain right now. i wouldn’t want to risk this same incident happening again.
