My wife's macbook pro got soaked on the water. Other computer repair shops told us that its already dead, the logic board should be replaced. We asked PROTECH for 2nd opinion, after a week of check-up and observation, my wife's laptop is already working (see the 2nd photo, the bottom part). On top of that, they have 30 day warranty period. The price of their service is very reasonable and the owner is very knowledgeable and humble. This shop is HIGHLY recommended!💯💯💯

I was told sa service center mismo ng laptop ko na 66k would be the repair price kasi buong motherboard issue. Accidentally, Nagsesearch ako for alternatives etc. I stumbled this shop where they have many good reviews. I took my laptop and they told me na it would cost less and hindi motherboard ung issue! In 2 weeks my laptop was repaired for a very low price! Sobrang bait din ng staff and techs! If you think your laptop or pc is ruined or wala na chance. Bring it to team spike! Highly recommend!

My external hard drive was severely damaged. It wasn't looking good. I took it to a data-retriever who spent a couple of days attempting to gather what he could but to no avail. Then, I discovered "Rimax" (through facebook). I saw that they had some serious procedures and capabilities to ascertain the damage(s), fix what they could, and retrieve whatever data they could. I trusted them. They delivered. AMAZING work! I am thankful to God for them. First, they are super-responsive to my IMgs. Then, they were informative as to the damage-assessment, and cost. They were honest. Finally, it took a while (a good number of days) since my hard drive was indeed terribly damaged (mainly due to either dropping it, or being jostled during travel - so beware - handle the hard drive with care - lesson learned). It was costly BUT their services were professional, and we have a majority of our data back. They were helpful and secure. I would highly recommend them as an excellent company for data-recovery, especially, for severely bad hard drives. Thank you, Rimax and thank you Sir Gerald Tan.

Great service. I'm pretty tech savvy myself, however I ran into major issues I couldn't fix with my home pc. Alvin fixed everything quickly and installed some new hardware for me.
