The following week, we were told that the photos were not yet ready, and they were scrambling to get it framed. When we purchased the family package, we also paid an additional amount for more soft copies of photos. When we got the email, the soft copies were missing two photos, of which we responded immediately denoting which ones were missing. We are yet to receive a response for the email. Since we haven't gotten a response, we called the number provided in the email signature. The guy who answered the call couldn't care less and just told us to text the details to the cellphone number we were calling, which we promptly provided. The text, just like the email, remains unanswered. Unprofessional. Please avoid at all costs. ari12:45 04/25/23Your staff is incredibly rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. They treated me very rudely when I asked a few simple questions— like "Where should I sit?", the photo studio was very dark and I could not see where the chair was. Turns out there wasn't even a chair at all, your studio only has a makeshift stool made out of a wooden box. The photographer, a woman, snapped at me in a harsh tone and it made me feel as if my patronage was unwelcome. That, in availing the services of your studio, I placed a huge burden on them. I asked them which blazer I should put on, and she yelled at me again; "That one!", as if that clarified anything at all. How was I supposed to know, out of the three blazers, which one I was supposed to wear. I hated every second I spent in your studio. From setting foot in it and telling the woman manning the desk which service we wanted to avail— she was very dismissive and rude. Taking the photo itself— the photographer was snappy and unprofessional. Claiming the finished products— the guy at the desk ignored me when I presented the claim stub. The whole process was agonising. I will be escalating this matter to Ayala Malls itself. I believe they should be made aware that there is a shop of this nature operating within their mall, that their patrons are being made to feel unwelcome by one of their tenants. Since I am not aware that Ayala Cebu is affected with the holiday, I went back to your store and have failed to ask for the soft copy of my pictures that you supposedly have sent yesterday. The fact that you failed to send it yesterday and made me go back to your store unproductively due to holiday, I am now so frustrated beyond words. You should have made sure to send it yesterday or settled all your workloads because you knew from the beginning that you'll take your holiday offs the next day.
