You need to get out of the business & deliver food, not flower for surprise. Never will I order from them again !My wife was upset on the phone with them & they did not care, all they wanted to do is deliver. No heart & No compassion.The Letter I wrote them:I have to say that I am not pleased with the service that you are providing on behalf of what I paid for, that is to deliver two dozen pink roses to my wife discreetly.I was told you contacted her company & you contacted her directly in regards to your delivery. The whole idea of me hiring you to deliver these roses was to be a surprise apparently you don't understand that otherwise you wouldn't have called her & told her you have a delivery for her.Therefore, you broke our contract & discretion was not used on behalf of your client, me!I must tell you I am very upset to know that she is aware of the delivery, this totally defeats the purpose of a surprise!I will never use your service again, also just to let you know I will make negative remarks on Google in regards to this matter on behalf of your company.
