Delivery is for 11am which she agreed to.May 10th. Mother's day. No flowers. We waited the whole day. Nothing. We called and messaged her on her two numbers but no replies. Nothing.It finally arrived at around 7:00. A whole 8 hours after the scheduled time. Turns out it's not them delivering it. It's through a third-party company.She posted on her FB page that she was fully booked starting the 8th. We ordered 3 days before that. Did the ordering process. There is no excuse for overlooking our order. At about 4:30pm she posted on her page photos of people who received their orders. On the comments section another customer was inquiring when her order would arrive. She had time to post but no time to reply to her customers. We have message receipts and communication is well-documented so there's no excuse for this kind of attitude.Also, the flowers were ugly. Posting photos of her website vs what we received in the comments if you want to see. We paid Php 1,530 for this "mother's day special" bouquet. We ordered the "12 White Roses Bouquet". It wasn't all white and it looked like roses you'd see being thrown on the street. Quality is more like Php 200. What a rip-off. Chaka.If you can't handle the orders coming in, be transparent. If a customer is calling or messaging, pick up or reply. The delivery is thru Lalamove. They could have been transparent about that on their website or tell the customer beforehand to set expectations. More importantly, make sure your quality is on par for the price. You don't want one-time customers, repeat ones are what's keeing your business alive. You did neither of those things. Very unprofessional. Very unreliable. Matakagam.If you're looking to order from this business, save yourself the hassle, disappointment and money. Order somewhere else that is more deserving of your hard-earned money.
