I've bought several products here and they don't disappoint. The staff are few but helpful and attentive. The moderate sized shop is complete. They have gym machines (mostly for home installation), balls, racquets, shuttlecocks, and other sports accessories. The place isn't packed with people so you can shop peacefully.

I was able to buy a wheelset and other items with them, which had no issues. I had no complaints whatsoever. The staff that handled my purchase then were friendly and assisted me well during my purchase.I had an issue with the most recent item (a direct drive smart trainer) I bought. I was not happy with the way this was handled. The staff member that was attending to my concern was dismissive of my issues with the trainer (ERG mode not working, loss of resistance in standard mode). The issue with the unit that I raised was not even tested, yet the blame was put on the gadgets and apps that I was using. Hopefully they try and learn more about the products they are selling, especially when it comes to troubleshooting before actually selling the item. They should also learn to listen to customer queries and complaints.

The staff's friendly and knowledgeable. I like how they explain in detail little things from luggage options to helmet color, size and type for every kind of ride, pros and cons. I'm new to the sport and didn't have a hard time getting everything I needed. They also customize bikes and can do some repairs.

The sales lady is not accommodating also rude to customer just because we are wearing pambahay clothes doesn't mean we don't have money to pay. She also ask my partner to wear plastic before trying out the helmet but when another customer came she just handed out the helmet and the guy just try it on without plastic covering his head. Despite of her being masungit to us we still bought the helmet. I hope management will teach her proper customer service!!!
