There are two branches, one in the Manalili intersection and the other one is closer to Gaisano metro. I think these Kent Cycle Branches is a part of the International Kent Cycles since there are other Kent Cycle Branches overseas. Overall this store is somewhere mid-range. Most of their high end Bicycles are Alluminum Alloy. Good customer service, not very cheeky, but helpful enough to get you what you need. Whats good about them is that you can get a bicycle reserved - and just pay until you reach the amount. this particularly makes the bikes affordable, since its not really easy to buy a 20k bike in cash.. This does not mean the bikes are cheap, they have models that are around the 5k range - but those are on the low end. The mid range bikes they have are somewhere arount 12k - 20k, and the high end bikes are around 35k.if you compare their store with the YKK Bikes store, the YKK bike store is totally on the higher end - mostly carbon fiber bikes- but insanely expensive! 100k range! and some models on the 200k range. i believe this is justifyable since the parts are carbon fiber - but its not for the common person like me where the majority of the market are looking to buy their bikes. So the Kent Cycle store is for the mass, not overly expensive, but not very cheap. I totally recommend their store to anyone looking to purchase a decent bicycle or to anyone just starting up.

Bought a chainring there, the employe was very familiar with the product overall good store, plus there's aircon, all moantain, road, complete with bike parts and a security guard to open and close the door for you, amazing bra. YEWWWWWW!!!!

I do not know how to speak bisaya, i was so happy that the staff spoke to me in tagalog. I bought a bike frame and the owner even assisted me in my purchase. They did not oversell me and gave me recommendations based on my needs and budget. I was so happy with the experience that i came back the month after and bought a crankset. The mechanic was very organized. After the crankset was installed he made sure that the bike shifted correctly. I also observed that other customers are well accomodated by their staff. They know how to take care of their customers.

Quite a few bikes to choose from with good prices. These are definately not high end performance bikes but for the price I’m happy with the bike I bought and it’s been working out great.

Variety of bike accessories and products but unorganised in terms of assistance. There receipt is a gate pass to them and can't bring it with you as proof of purchase so you can't return your item if ever there will be an issue.
